Armaf seems to be among the brands that realised the importance of a unique fragrance and approached the matter in a peculiar, rather unique, way. Armaf, a brand that Creed should be a thorn in the eye. Most clearly with the Club de Nuit Intense Man, which is a very clear clone of Aventus. The last few months, the even had very prominent support from Jeremy in many of his videos. Even if the Creed fanboys don't want to admit it: Armaf does good work in Creed cloning (whether you like it or not). Of course, it has to be said that they don't quite match the quality, of course. Still, Armaf sells good quality at ridiculous prices like so many brands from the Orient. Besides Aventus and that Green Irish Tweet clone, there's also Millesime Imperial and Silver Mountain Water. I like some Creeds, but I find them overpriced and the performance for the price range rather unworthy of the price. Of course, there are exceptions, which are absolutely great in the sale. The sandalwood is accompanied by a warming, balsamic nuance, which is discreetly waxy on the skin and provides a wonderful finish and comes from the ambergris. You get the iconic, in-your-face ambroxan blast straight away in the opening. Within half an hour, it subsides to make space for a warmer mid-section with floral freshness from lavender and geranium. Club de Nuit Intense Man will attract a fair amount of attention, so if you’re looking for something a little subtler that will still last a long time, consider Armaf Hunter. It lasts 7 hours, and it has a lighter note profile that’s a little less overtly masculine. Which Armaf Cologne is the Strongest?Just be aware that for some, the citrus notes in the opening can be a little harsh. They calm down after 10 minutes or so, but that initial blast could be considered a little screechy if you over-apply. My second Armaf clone of a Creed fragrance after Club de Nuit Intense and despite slight weaknesses the much better one! The perfume was meant to be a gift. Following a recommendation of a product comparison, I bought this perfume as a gift for my father. More or less blind, because I had never smelled the scent Creed - Green Irish Tweet before. It was noted that this much cheaper Armaf Clone comes very close to the original. The Armaf fragrance is intense, long-lasting and very diverse in fragrance development. Then, you enter an oceanic and marine-inspired dry down with a musky base, with ambroxan and woodsy notes that linger on for 6-7 hours Green Irish Tweet is for me one of the best Creed fragrances. I even thought about buying this one on sale. Somehow, something stopped me. I guess it was the DNA, which isn't quite one of my favorites. At least, there are just too many that would have gotten the nod. Grade in the price range. But I can recommend this Green Irish Tweet for those who like classic men's DNAs with a slight 80s charm. It is clearly more noble than Cool Water and already creates a lot of elegance and is rather something for seasoned men without playful allyren. Who likes the noble details should then but rather reach for the expensive Orginal.

Performance here is also incredible for a cologne at this price point. I get a full 8 hours out of Armaf Club de Nuit Man Intense, with around 4 hours of arms-length projection – and compliment collecting. Top Notes:It’s very reminiscent of Creed’s Millesime Imperial – about 90% similar – but with twice the longevity. You get a decent scent bubble for the first few hours, while the Creed original is notoriously light in terms of projection. The top note consists mainly of lemon and verbena and reminds me of southern France. A verbena tea with lemon, also as iced tea, was always welcome there to get through the midday heat, before changing to pastis and wine later. Despite the “intense” title, this note profile is relatively subtle and isn’t going to blow anyone’s head off. It’s pleasant and safe. It opens up with the neroli and citrus notes we’re looking for, rounded out by a woodsy, amberish base straight out of the Acqua di Gio playbook.

The longest-lasting Armaf cologne is Club de Nuit Intense Man. It lasts between 8 and 9 hours, which is plenty to carry you through a full workday or a party in the evening. The dry down has that familiar, woodsy feel emerging from the base of cedar and vetiver. The amber note does exactly what it should, mellowing out and brightening up some of the harsher masculine woods. Like the other Armaf colognes I’ve tested, performance here is excellent at 5 -6 hours of scent. It doesn’t last as long as beasts Club de Nuit Man Intense, but it is inexpensive. Spring – the season of happiness and bloom begs for citrus, minty and basil-like notes. Think Tres Nuit.
