About this deal

The remote control enables adjustment of treble and bass and an EQ reset to restore Triangle’s ‘flat’ response. Not that you will need to reach for any of the aforementioned apps; these speakers are capable of streaming via AirPlay 2, Google Chromecast and Bluetooth, and are also Roon Ready. Once again, the French company Triangle Electroacoustique dedicates itself to an active loudspeaker system that is a full-fledged hi-fi system in itself, with the new Triangle AIO TWIN Speakers. The fabric Bond is used, which looks particularly elegant, is very durable and will be a real feast for the eyes for years to come. I just got the Triangle AIO Twin active speakers and paired with the Rel T-Zero MKIII sub they are unbelievable! I have had the Audio Engine A5+ and S6 sub pairing before and the Edifier S880DB before so it pains me to feel that I probably have just as much knowledge about active speakers as this whole publication.

For some time now, Triangle Electroacoustique has obviously been trying to gain a foothold in a somewhat broader market and has been focusing on so-called wireless speakers, such as the latest product, the Triangle AIO TWIN Speakers. This system can play just about anything, from Bluetooth streams from your phone to music files stored on your home network (wired ethernet and wi-fi) to even your vinyl records thanks to a built-in phono stage. It can also be a soundbaralternative for your TV. Music systems that integrate all amplification, connectivity, streaming and more features into one box or a pair of speakers are anincreasingly neat and attractive way to get hi-fi sound into your home. carewser said:Couldn't agree more, not sure how companies like Edifier, Audioengine or Kanto got overlooked in a discussion of powered speakers With an optical digital input, it’s easy to connect your TV, set-top box or games console. Once connected, you’ll get a massive boost in sound compared to your TV’s built-in speakers.Sonically, as we have come to expect from Dali, we are treated to a clean, precise and detailed sound. Instruments are rendered faithfully, there is a good sense of scale, and dynamics are impressive. Their size means you can only expect so much power and drive but, for small speakers and in small to medium-sized rooms, they are more than capable. The Elac Debut ConneX DCB41 are powered speakers that don't take up much space. The individual units stand around a hand-span high, fitting into most places with ease. Build quality is pleasing, good and solid. These speakers would be right at home on a desktop, but can also work in a decently-sized room next to your TV or stereo system provided you don’t require party levels. Prices valid in stores (all including VAT) until close of business on 27th November 2023. (Some of these web prices are cheaper than in-store, so please mention that you've seen these offers online.)

There are also speakers that are passive in nature but still have an amplifier built in – often squirrelled away into one of the two boxes. These are referred to as 'powered' and this method is represented by most of the more affordable products on this list – such as Elac, Ruark Audio and Q Acoustics.Triangle AIO TWIN Speakers is the latest system from Triangle Electroacoustique, the French specialist for loudspeaker systems. The fact that this is once again a compact, versatile active loudspeaker system shows that the French are consistently trying to expand their target group. Aside from the brands mentioned there are loads of new active releases worth considering but What HiFi literally mentioned the same expensive brands you probably would have mentioned five years ago.

But the KEF LS60 Wireless isn’t simply tower speakers based on the bookshelf version. That description just doesn’t do it justice, and as you can see from the image and price tag, the company has thrown so much more at the LS60 that it's on a whole different level. If your interest is piqued, we really do recommend you read our in-depth review. The clash of cymbals is clear, and although the presentation would benefit from some refinement through the treble here, we can of course alter the levels ourselves to make the shortcoming a little less obvious.A great sounding, versatile streaming system ideal for buyers on a budget.” ’What Hi-Fi?’ 2023 award-winner.
