About this deal

This set included clear instructions so you can relax and enjoy the construction of this Red Five Star Wars decoration. And when you’re ready for another building mission, look out for the other new LEGO Star Wars helmets. Feel the power of your creative Force as you build the Star Wars collectible Luke Skywalker Red Five Helmet (75327), LEGO set for adults. This buildable model of Luke’s iconic pilot headgear is the first-ever hero helmet or open helmet in the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection. When I first saw the helmet, and it being an open helmet, I was quite excited as I was hoping it would fit the Wooden LEGO Originals minifigure, but alas, it’s just a tad too large! It would’ve made such a brilliant accessory for it! In this article, we provide the retirement dates of all LEGO Star Wars sets currently on sale, including those leaving shelves in just a few months time. 2023 There is a lovely foreword and introduction by LEGO Star Wars Creative Director, Jens Kronvold Frederiksen, and the iconic shot of the X-Wings on the Death Star trench run.

Each diorama depicts action from recognizable Star Wars™ locations, complete with authentic details to bring the display to life. Join Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Chewbacca to escape the Death Star’s trash compactor, complete Jedi training alongside Luke and Yoda on Dagobah, or fly through the forests of Endor™ on a speeder bike. Whichever scene you choose to recreate, a rewarding and nostalgic building experience awaits! When looking at the piece count, 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet is in-keeping with previous models and feels fairly priced. However, the build feels more comparable with the considerably cheaper 75305 Scout Trooper Helmet, which offered an equally short construction experience. From the swamps of Dagobah™ to the halls of the infamous Death Star, our collection of LEGO® Star Wars™ dioramas puts adult fans right at the heart of iconic scenes from the saga.

If you’re a Jedi in training, then you’ll undoubtedly love having this replica Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet in your home. It’s fun to build - minus the odd frustration - and the finished model is a joy to look at. The details are spot-on, and despite some minor niggles like the fidgety chin strap, this is by far one of my favourite LEGO Star Wars helmets yet, as it looks great displayed on its own, or with the other helmets in the collection.

Fans of the LEGO Star Wars Helmet collection are in for a treat in 2022, with three all-new helmets to add to their collection, and in the next few days, I’ll be reviewing them all on the blog! The open face nature of the helmet is brand new territory for LEGO, and they’ve done a decent job here with it, and it doesn’t feel as empty like the LEGO Batman cowls.

Step-by-step guide - Are you a newcomer to LEGO construction sets? No problem. There are clear, illustrated instructions in the box, so you can build with the confidence of a Jedi Master Luke Skywalker’s Red Five helmet is a superb addition to the LEGO Star Wars Helmet collection, and one that would look incredible displayed alongside the other helmets, or next to a LEGO X-Wing. Ideally the UCS Red Five X-Wing Starfighter. The bright colours, and the fact that it’s a Rebel helmet also add to the uniqueness, and I was very impressed by how well the LEGO designers translated one of the most iconic helmets in Star Wars, and also made it so much fun to build. The orange visor is probably the least accurate, as the dip in the middle feels too deep, but I learned from the designers that this was a particularly challenging part of the model, as they needed to use trans-orange elements, that were as clear as possible, and many iterations led to this one. Build your collection - This set is part of a series of collectible LEGO Star Wars build-to-display helmet models, each offering a fun and immersive creative experience If you’re a Star Wars fan, and looking for a great display piece that isn’t a ship, or large UCS model, I can highly recommend this set, especially if you have the other Helmets from the collection. Special thanks to the LEGO Group for providing this set for review 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet Set Details

Show your respect for a fearless 501st Legion Clone Commander with the build-and-display Captain Rex Helmet (75349) model, straight out of Star Wars: The Clone Wars™ and into your hands. Capture the smooth metallic sheen of beskar armor as you build a stunning LEGO recreation of the Mandalorian’s™ helmet (75328), and pair it with a buildable Dark Trooper Helmet (75343) as seen in Star Wars: The Mandalorian™ Season 2. Prepare to take on the Empire with the Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet (75327) – or if you're yearning for the dark side, let our menacing replica of the mighty Darth Vader™ Helmet (75305) be your ultimate symbol of power. As the first attempt at an open-faced helmet within the Star Wars universe, 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet is a success. It looks pretty accurate, is full of authentic detailing and captures the unmistakable look of the X-wing pilot’s headgear very well. Designing it to resemble a helmet on a plinth rather than a hybrid between a full head and helmet like the Batman cowls was a smart move that’s paid off.
