The Civil Service offers a choice of pension schemes, giving you the flexibility to choose the pension that suits you best. We have occasionally had requests to make the tab canvas bigger. There was even a discussion around making it infinitely large - allowing a flow to be as large as it needs to be. Whilst that's a nice idea, for this release we've simply increased the size of each tab from 5000x5000 to 8000x8000. The tab bar now shows a change icon for any tabs that contain changes. This makes it much easier to find where things have changed in your flows. Unfortunately, the arms and legs both remain undecorated, although the head features superb detail. I particularly like the Wakandan letters which adorn the reverse, even though their small scale only enables identification of three letters as '...AK...N'. Another head, showing T'Challa's face, would have been appreciated but the present minifigure is satisfying. The poor GWP and the mediocre minifigs have altered my intention to buy this on release, and placed me solidly astride the proverbial fence. An uncomfortable place to be, for sure.
Appealing though those heroes are, the new Thanos bigfig is undoubtedly the highlight of this entire set. While his proportions have remained unchanged, the figure features a rotating head which is extremely unusual among the numerous bigfigs produced since 2007. Additionally, the head can be completely removed and shares similar proportions to traditional minifigures, even including a functional stud on top! The Avengers Quinjet attracted some criticism because Hawkeye was missing from its minifigure selection. However, the character is available here and this is definitely my favourite iteration of Hawkeye produced to date. This medium nougat hair element is great and I love the intricate straps across the torso, finally improving on the minifigure from 2012. The decision to re-use a generic double-sided head is disappointing though. Avengers: Endgame Final Battle includes an extraordinary selection of minifigures and they have dominated discussion surrounding this set, understandably. The brand new Thanos bigfig represents an enormous improvement over previous designs and the heroes are superb too, especially given their remarkable quantity. Scarlet Witch remains somewhat disappointing though, differing from the original character. While the Avengers: Endgame range included some enjoyable sets, which is obviously most important, those products were notoriously inaccurate to the movie and received accordant criticism across the LEGO fan community. The truncated bonnet definitely appears reminiscent of City vehicles and the simple radiator structure looks excellent. Furthermore, I like the angular bumper which seems realistic, even though Luis' van should include a bullbar. The medium nougat stripe looks rather bright when compared with the original van but I think this shade is more appropriate than dark orange, for example. You've been serving overseas with HM Forces or in some other official capacity as a representative of HM GovernmentJames Rhodes in casual attire would have been a welcome replacement for Wong. Instead, he wears full War Machine armour. This minifigure debuted in 75216 Iron Man Armoury and looks outstanding, displaying intricate detail across his torso and legs. The metallic silver accents are especially striking, in combination with the predominant pearl dark grey.
