The CD20LE is one of the bulkiest dehumidifiers on the market, weighing a hefty 13.8kg and with a width of 42.5cm. The built-in carry handle and castors make it easier to move around the home, but it's certainly not a portable dehumidifier. It's also not as effective in cooler conditions, so for garages or unheated rooms we recommend a desiccant dehumidifier. If it breaks we'll fix it, if it develops a fault we'll get it working again. We'll instruct either the manufacturer or a certified repair centre to repair it.
