It's funny how many people take good sleep for granted, isn't it? I think it's only once you've been deprived of good sleep for months or years at a time that you would give almost anything for a restful night's sleep. I'm glad to hear you're having good sleep and I hope that in time, this will contribute positively towards your own healing (apologies if that sounds a bit left-wing but I am also referring to the physical healing which takes place during sleep). I am a thinker. I over analyse and over worry. So when I felt spaced-out I’d worry more and I think it would make things worse. Sometimes just 20 minutes alone with my eyes shut would calm me down. The important thing to remember is you’re not going loopy. I've been feeling like this for the past 4/5 months now and I'm starting to loose hope I'm so worried that something is seriously wrong with me.
