About this deal

The rest of the minifigure is decent enough, if slightly remarkable. He has a staff, with a purple jewelled topper, and also a printed tile for his tarot cards. Captain Pete | Elementius the Pieromancer | Fairy Queen | Hades | Ogre Smasher | Pirate | Skeleton | Zeus Robin Hood was one of my favorite Disney movies when I was a kid. So, it’s fun to have this character in Minifigure form. While the sac and coin accessories certainly make sense as inclusions in the blind bag, I do find myself wishing the character came with Sir Hiss instead. A slight modification to the Nagini/Python mold to accommodate a hat would have worked. Slap on a little cloth cape and you would have a great Sir Hiss. Robin Hood As the main antagonist from the 1937 movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Evil Queen is one of the most iconic and recognizable Disney Villains, and it makes sense why LEGO is finally making a Minifigure of her.

All 18 LEGO minifigure Disney characters come in a sealed mystery bag and are accompanied by at least 1 cool accessory and a collector’s information leaflet. This is the perfect treat to inspire kids’ imaginations and give them lots of play value. How to find one: Feel for Patch, which is quite lumpy, and confirm with the D-shaped tile for her foxtail purse. Cruella also has an inner plastic bag, which should feel crinkly.

Frequently Asked Questions

From the 1995 movie of the same name, we find it surprising that we haven’t even got a Mini-doll version of Pocahontas before! While Dr Facilier is a great companion to Tiana, I just feel like he’s not iconic enough of a villain to include in the Disney 100 series, and Tiana would be perfectly fine solo, like Aurora and Pocahontas.

We’ve all heard the line “mirror, mirror, on the wall…”, well when it comes to accessories, The Evil Queen will have the Magic Mirror to help you recreate that classic scene. While it’s not the most detailed minifigure, I appreciate the historical significance of Oswald to Disney’s history, so it makes for a really cool character to include in this series, as it would be very hard to find a home for otherwise.

But before we start speculating and delving into the new, let’s refresh ourselves on the old and see what that reveals to us about what we can expect in the upcoming LEGO Disney Minifigure series! Would it have been nice to see Tinker Bell? Sure! But then it seems that LEGO wanted to provide us with characters that have never before been seen in Minifigure form. Aquaman | Batman | Bat-Mite | Bumblebee | Cheetah | Cyborg | The Flash | Green Lantern | Huntress | The Joker | Metamorpho | Mister Miracle | Sinestro | Stargirl | Superman | Wonder Woman

There will more than likely be 18 Minifigures included. This seems to be the standard number when it comes to this Minifigure series. FEBRUARY UPDATE: As expected, the bag accessory adds little to this particular Minifigure, but Prince John’s newly molded head looks fantastic and is worth the price of the Minifigure alone! Princess Tiana Princess Tiana and Dr Facilier Disney characters We imagine that because Miguel is only a boy, he will be a shorter Minifigure. Whether they will go with a fixed leg piece or one that is actually articulated remains to be seen. Hopefully, he is articulated, though. With so many characters to draw from, I feel like Kocoum, the Mad Hatter, Gaston, or Shan Yi would’ve been much better inclusions. As we all know, Disney owns a LOT of media content, so the characters they could include are limitless. Assuming they include the Sensational 6 and Tinker Bell, there are still 11 places left. So who could fill those places? The minifigure is incredible well-designed, with a double cape and collar combo, adding to her dramatic flair. What is clear, though, is that LEGO has a blank slate that they could use however they want. With it being Disney’s 100th Anniversary, the possibilities are endless. As his costume is not the most detailed, it is important that they get the tiny details right. For example, the belt, shoes, and even the little patches on his shirt are what will really sell the Robin Hood Minifigure. This particular Minifigure can only be found in the 71040 Disney Castle – a large and expensive set that a lot of people may not be able to afford. Her inclusion in this series gives people the opportunity to get their hands on her Minifigure.

Accessories-wise, she will come with Cri-Kee, though we imagine he will be an absolutely minuscule accessory considering he’s only a bug. Continuing on with the Coco LEGO Minifigures, we have the movie’s main character, Miguel. This one will be a simple-looking Minifigure, and a lot of it will be down to the face mold/printing to really sell it. I usually tell people to avoid feeling for common parts likes torsos and legs when trying to identify Minifigures. However, with Baymax, that’s exactly what you want to do. Find the torso and feel the arms. They are longer and more bulbous that a standard Minifigure. In fact, no other Minifigure has arms like that. The blind bag also contains a number of smaller elements like 1×1 SNOT plates, 1×1 tiles with rounded edges, and a 1×2 plate with rounded edges. Just be careful using the 1×1 tiles with rounded edges because they are the same element used to represent Cruella de Vil’s purse. The end…FEBRUARY UPDATE: The Dr Facilier Minifigure looks to be the highlight of the series. The printing all across it looks first-rate, and we certainly love the tall top hat. Note: Unless things change, this will be the final LEGO Minifigures Series in blind bags, before LEGO switches them over to cardboard boxes. FEBRUARY UPDATE: One of the more plain Minifigures from this series, there are some definite highlights. Her blowing hair looks great, and we appreciate that she came with some additional fall-colored leafs. It’s some small and simple but effective world building. Cruella de Vil And to complete the ensemble, we have the Evil Queen’s magical mirror, which has received a minifigure head transformation. It’s printed on a long oval shield, and looks utterly fantastic!
