About this deal

The Vivifying indestructible dog ball is an all natural ball made from high quality rubber with no added toxic elements. The material is gentle on your dog’s mouth while still being sturdy enough for everyday playing with even the most aggressive chewers. The ball comes in three bright colors for you to choose from, purple, blue and orange. In conclusion, when it comes to choosing the best ball for your dog, there are a few important factors to consider. First and foremost, it is crucial to select a ball that is appropriate for your dog’s size and mouth. Tennis balls may be suitable for small and medium-sized dogs, but larger breeds may require a more durable option. It is always wise to consult with a vet before starting a regular exercise routine with a dog ball to ensure your furry friend’s safety. This is because, while they are undeniably one of the most beloved dog toys out there, tennis balls can pose health risks for dogs. Choking Hazard

This is another dog toy made right here in the USA. As you expect from anything American-made, this ball oozes quality. It’s made from a non-toxic FDA-compliant rubber and is even dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Another great feature is that this ball is a little unpredictable. If you look closely, you notice that the Jive Ball isn’t completely round. Instead, it has small sections that protrude out. While the West Paw Jive holds up to games of fetch, it isn’t appropriate as a dedicated chew toy. If you let your dog work on this ball for hours, then your dog will eventually puncture and break it. But for supervised games of fetch, it will provide entertainment for even the strongest of jaws. When thrown, air passes over these holes and makes a distinct whistling sound. How loud this sound is entirely depends on the force you throw it with. The harder you throw, the louder the whistle.

We didn’t have any punctures during testing. However, based on my observation of how the dogs carried the larger ball, I have a suspicion that the larger size will break first. There’s a lot of variability with this auto ball launcher as you choose how far the ball goes and how far it goes up in the air. You can set it for nine different distances and six different angles, which all affect where the ball is thrown. There are training sounds to let your pup know that a ball is about to be tossed so he can be ready to run. We especially like the motion sensor in the front that protects people or pets that are standing as far as 7 feet in front of the launch area. Despite the hard-wearing rubber, I was surprised that this ball had a good bounce once thrown. I couldn’t get any ball to squeak when bounced, but once caught by our testers, they were delighted to find that it squeaked. Our Australian Shepherd in particular was thrilled with this discovery. The Whistler Ball is a great alternative to a squeaky dog tennis ball. And since it won’t make noise when it’s in your dog’s mouth, he will be more likely to return it. Highly recommended! The dog tennis balls that didn’t make the cut Designed to improve the mental stimulation and problem-solving skills of dogs, the JW Pet Hol-ee Roller Dog Toy offers a versatile and durable option for interactive play and treat-stuffing. Made from patented rubber, this toy is gentle on dogs’ gums and designed to cater to their unique developmental needs. With its lightweight design and ability to bounce when thrown, the Hol-ee Roller is not only suitable for indoor play but also outdoor adventures. It provides dogs with the opportunity to engage in various activities such as tug, fetch, chew, or treat-stuffing, making it a multifunctional toy that promotes physical and mental exercise.

It’s more common than you think. Every few months, you come across a news report of a dog that was rescued from choking on a tennis ball. [ 1][ 2] 2. Tennis balls can be swallowed To ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, it is crucial to consult with a vet before starting regular ball throwing sessions. They can assess your dog’s health condition, provide recommendations on suitable exercise routines, and advise on the appropriate duration and frequency of ball throwing. Additionally, it is important to incorporate alternative exercise options for dogs to provide a well-rounded fitness regimen. Activities such as walking, swimming, agility training, and interactive play with toys can help stimulate their minds and keep them physically active without overexertion.

Well, your dog’s jaw is considerably more powerful than your hands. In fact, even a small dog can compress a tennis ball to half its size… But where this ball really shines is in a wide, open field. When loaded into my ball thrower and launched, I could hear the whistle from over 100 feet away.Erratic balls are not perfectly round like a regular tennis ball. Instead, they have protruding sections or flat areas. When the ball lands on these areas, the result is a change in direction. As you might expect, the unpredictable bounce of these balls means that they are unsuitable for indoor play. Joint and tissue injuries: Repetitive jumping, twisting, and sudden stops during ball chasing can put strain on a dog’s joints and soft tissues, leading to injuries such as sprains, strains, and even ligament tears. This is especially true for dogs that are prone to joint issues, such as large breeds or those with pre-existing conditions.

Even worse – if your dog is a chewer, he will actually enjoy popping your soccer ball. Some dogs just love to destroy toys. Unfortunately, all this comes at a price. Like the West Paw Jive, this is one of the most expensive tennis ball alternatives on the market. But included in the price is a replacement guarantee. At the time of writing, Planet Dog will replace the toy once in the event it fails. While this makes the price more appealing, you will cringe if you are on a tight budget. I must stress, however, that in no way is this an indestructible dog tennis ball. Despite what the manufacturer claims, an unbreakable ball just doesn’t exist. At least not yet… First and foremost, this is the most durable squeaky ball you will come across. If you have a chew monster for a pet, like a Rottweiler, then nothing else will hold up as well. Again, this isn’t indestructible, but it’s as hard-wearing as it gets for supervised play.Best of all, the Jolly Soccer Ball is manufactured right here in the USA. I wish more companies did this. I’ll add that traditional-sized dog soccer balls, which are around 8 inches, are best suited for medium to large breeds. Smaller dogs can have difficulty wrapping their jaws around the large ball size. You see, even the small size might be too large for your dog to wrap his jaws around. But that won’t stop your pup from trying… Once the game is over, the ball should be put away until the next playtime. Doing so will greatly extend the life of your dog’s soccer ball. The Kong Ball Dog Toy is a big, heavy rubber ball. Even with two holes and a hollow core to reduce the weight, this thing is solid. While it’s certainly durable and would hold up to the powerful jaws of a German Shepherd, I’d be concerned if this ball hit your pup on the snout. Not a good choice for dogs that catch balls on the run. And, it’s definitely not suitable for indoor use. It was firm and heavy enough that our smallest tester had no interest in it.
