Investing in bad hires would take away resources from good and top performers. While you can hand draw that grid, there are also tons of ways to create a grid online using simple design tools. You can do this by dividing the cell's position by three: box_row = pos[ 0] // 3 The number 20 at the bottom of the t-shape will be called the t-number. The stars are the key employees in the succession matrix, where critical roles are mapped and different top employees are mapped in terms of their suitability for a role. When these roles become vacant, it means that there is talent ready to fill these newly opened roles.

I am primarily investigating Octagon Loops. In the investigation I plan to find out the relationship between the number of tiles used in the loop and the total number of free edges. Also, I will find the relationship between the number of tiles and the inside free edges and the number of tiles and the outside free edges. Some companies split up promotability and potential into two separate metrics. Potential is the growth potential of the employee, while the time until the next promotion is an indication of when a person is ready to be promoted. T- Total. You will notice that the centre column of the T-Shape is going up in 9s because of the table size. With the table set out like this a formula can be worked out to find any T-Total on this size grid. The best part about using Canva is that their sudoku puzzle templates already come complete with fun graphics and colors. The grid below is 9*9 meaning that any number on the grid is nine less than the one below. This means that the number above the T-Number will always be 9 less than it, it also means that the number two squares above the T-Number is 18 less and the two either side are 17 less and 19 less than the T-Number.

The resource comes with six printable sudoku worksheets, each containing six different puzzles. Of course, other grid sizes exist, but 9x9 is by far the most common. And, in any case, the parameters plugged into the algorithm can be easily changed to reflect other grid sizes as required.
