I haven't tried the other brands on here so I went for the cheapest and it turned out to be so good I haven't changed since. Almost impossible to find lemon curd in Italy. Gales Lemon Curd is the delicious treat that I was brought up on and has been sadly missing for way too long. Nothing beats the taste of a lemon curd sponge pudding all covered with a light custard on a winter's day. Or a summer sponge flan dressed with a dribble of curd all over a fluffy fresh cream filling.
