The size of screen you should go for really depends on the size of your bathtub and the power of your shower kit. They are generally measured in millimetres, and come in a huge range of widths and heights, usually standing between 1400 - 1500mm. They’re also available in a range of different shapes to suit your bath if you’ve got something a little different!

Accessibility & Space:Shower screens will obviously vary in length to suit your requirements. If your bath is long or your shower is extremely strong, a wider screen will be beneficial to reduce water splash as well making it look smarter. Using it for a customer they were very happy with product as was myself, very easy to fit and was completed in just 20 mins. Glass is of a good thinkness and very easy to adjust to screen up or down by using the screws which are found at top and bottom of frame. Use the post to stabilise the screen at the open end, creating a full height look. Use two floor to ceiling posts to create a 'walk through' shower area, perfect for use in the middle of a wall. I neednt have worried...this screen feels bulletproof & the simple design works really well in our bathroom & provides secure seal over our bath. I have every confidence its as childproof & safe as we need it to be! Whilst refitting a shower in the bathroom, I wanted to replace a tired shower curtain with something more modern and aesthetic. I bought this screen from Plumbworld after researching a few online. This one was best as it came with the fittings and was a good price - also because of the speed of delivery. Plumbworld delivered when they said and it was a very easy transaction. It was very easy to fit but is very heavy - probably best to have two people for manoeuvring. For information, if you need to shorten the chrome support bar, have a sharp saw to hand. The steel is very tough. Very easy to install, looks good, easy to keep clean. Much better then the cheaper versions that have plastic hinges.
