About this deal

If you are unsure which of our four movement ties you need then please call the office who can discuss your requirements. This product allows lateral movement between masonry and a fixed channel or slot. (Sleeve supplied as extra). V63PE Plain End Clasp Tie

An IHR comprises a sliding top section and a stem. The standard length of an IHR sliding top section will accommodate a gap of up to 50mm. Longer top sections are available to accommodate gaps of up to 75mm, ideal when a fire stop is being incorporated at the wall head or where greater deflection is expected in the floor. Dog breeding shouldn’t be a stressful process. We must let the dogs follow their instincts and do what naturally comes to them. Even when slip mating might differ from the most known breeding process, it is still fairly common and highly likely to produce a litter. Debonding sleeves are used on plain-ended wall ties at vertical movement joints that abut columns. The tie will restrain the masonry against lateral wind loads but the sleeve will allow the masonry to expand or contract. At Vista we offer five options, the SPE/B20 Safety Plain End Tie/Blank, the SPF Safety Plain End Tie/Blank, the V7PE Plain End Frame Cramp, the V8PE Dovetail Plain End Tie and the V63PE Plain End Clasp Tie. Each ties serves a specific purpose and application: SPE/B20 Safety Plain End Tie/Blank – Movement TiesAncon Head Restraints provide the necessary restraint to the top of masonry walls. They allow for vertical movement to accommodate shrinkage or thermal movement of the wall or structural frame, while restraining wind loads. Ancon IHR – Internal Head Restraint

So if you ever come across this seemingly horrific scenario, do not panic. It is perfectly normal in dogs of all sizes and ages during the mating process, and it will go away on its own sometime between 5 to 30 minutes. The third and last stage occurs during the breeding tie and consists of a clear prostatic fluid that contains an insignificant amount of sperm.

What’s the Success Rate of Slip Mating?

The first stage involves a pre-ejaculatory fluid, commonly clear, that contains little to no sperm in it. The most common wall ties are type 4 wall ties . T hey are often referred to as light-duty wall ties and are ideal for use in residential buildings and extensions. They can be used in buildings with a maximum height of 10m in properties no higher than 150m above sea level. The wind speed of the location of the property is recommended to be no more than a basic wind speed of up to 27m/s.
