If you’re new to clean beauty, or simply need some natural shampoo, Acure Organics is one of my favorite brands to recommend to people! They’re one of the most accessible brands without having to search for them online, which is huge for those that are brand new to nontoxic beauty. The texture looks like your typical charcoal face mask that I would usually make myself, but with tiny granules for the exfoliation power. It smells amazing too! I personally can’t smell lemonade per say, but it does smell very fresh and clean. From what I’ve seen over the years, most people start to become aware of what’s going into their bodies when they or someone they know goes through a health scare. While we have many tried-and-true favorites, we decided it was time to think outside the box a bit. Many traditional dry shampoos are filled with questionable ingredients like talc, which has been linked to cancer, and LPGs (liquid petroleum gas) like propane, butane, and isobutane, which propel the shampoo out of traditional aerosol bottles but can be potentially problematic for your health.
