It’s worth mentioning how quiet the AirCraft Powerglide is, too. I measured it at just 62.1dB: quiet enough over which to have a conversation. The only real downside is that there’s no stand on which to place the Powerglide once you’re done cleaning. As such, you must remember to remove the cleaning cloths so as not to create a damp spot. Should I buy the AirCraft Powerglide? Glide between any hard floor surfaces without any settings to change with PowerGlide. Cleaning hard floors isn’t a fun job, with a mop sometimes leaving floors far too wet with a risk of damage to more delicate surfaces. Opting for a mechanical cleaner is the way to overcome such issues, with the battery-powered AirCraft Powerglide a good example. Although the Powerglide is effective, it’s also relatively gentle, so ideal for more delicate floors. Just make sure you use the right cleaning fluid. And, once you’re done, you can even treat your hardwood floors with some liquid wax, making the Powerglide as versatile a floor cleaner as they come. The Powerglide uses two rotating microfibre cloths alongside a spray control to direct your choice of detergent where you want it to go. It cleans well, it can handle more delicate floors, and even has cloths designed for waxing and polishing. In fact, they also replaced the water container cover that my dog had chewed 😄 and the water squirter cover that had come off (my fault and not the dog's 🤣)!

I have found the Aircraft Powerglide to be the most amazing floor cleaner. Worth every penny. Great results without the fatigue associated with steam mopping large areas (its just a case of guiding the cleaner, very little effort involved). Lightweight and cordless. Honesty I have been thrilled with it! After use, hard floors dried in a matter of seconds, which means you don't have to hang around waiting. It cleaned all of our stains and dirt effortlessly, too. However, we did notice that it left some light streaks around the edges and that it struggled to clean right into the grouting on tiled floors. That being said, it still did a good job of cleaning right up to the edges, thanks to the flexibility of the pads. PowerGlide weighs in at just 3kg (6.6lbs) thanks to its efficient engineering, plus the power of its rotating cleaning heads makes it feel even lighter, to give you that gliding sensation.
