When the Anker PowerCore 10000 charges a device and the device switches off because its battery is fully charged, the power bank will switch off as well. But it can be switched on again by pressing the button.

Place your phone on the center of the wireless pad to ensure stable charging. If your phone does not show as charging, adjust the position of your phone. I have had the power bank for two years and it has worked fine. Mostly use it in the Summer months when going to our cabin so I get multiple charges for my phone out of it for a long weekend.
