Brilliant piece of kit, really pleased to have bought it. Sound quality and sound options are incredible and it’s so small and compact I can use it anywhere. The Bluetooth feature is excellent, synced with my iPhone in seconds. What’s not to like!! Musos Corner has been here in Newcastle for 50 years. You are welcome to try out any of our instruments in store or just pop in for a visit. The sound and power are adequate for bedroom playing, small venues, or street performers, and 50 hours of battery life, at lower volumes, is the most generous we have found for battery-powered amps. The amp is silent (when you are not playing through it!) when using batteries, and, I'm happy to say, is silent when using the psu.

It is not fizzy at all, and it is usable in several different scenarios. Remember that you can easily record this amp using its emulated line out! Despite me thinking it was awkward at first, it just meant I could use my laptop cable so one less to carry, plus depending on your needs, you can buy your own cable in whatever length you like. You can transform the Fly 3 into a stereo mini guitar amp when pairing with the Fly 103 extension cab and get 6-W of stereo sound. The Fly 3 can also be connected to a portable speaker or computer speaker when traveling too. The stereo option is cool and bumps up the volume so suitable for small jam sessions.However, the Gear4music extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers. When you’re playing at full volume, you will only get around 4 hours of battery time without an extension cab. This can be a huge negative for road trips, busking, or providing a night of entertainment.
