The Good Gut Guide: Delicious Recipes & a Simple 6-Week Plan for Inner Health & Outer Beauty” was written by Liz Earle, an expert in feel-good food and providing ways to eat well to look your best.We highly recommend reading The Clever Guts Diet. Written by the best selling author of the 5:2 diet,it comes bundled with a copy of the recipe book, detailing over 150 different options to try. With so much choice, your new diet will be anything but boring. It was a good read, I wish it would had given a much more step by step treatment plan and what to do when you are finished, but still, I felt like I learned from it and found another piece of the puzzle so its definitely worth the money. I really love how this book easily explains and provides great examples of what foods we can eat to improve our gut health and achieve the perfect weight.

If you're unsure whether you should try this type of diet, reading an educational gut health book could help you decide if it's the right option for you. These books will explain the theory behind gut health and its links to physical and mental wellbeing. A recommendation service that carefully researches each product and consults with experts across many disciplines.Very easy to read and understand, it pretty much explains what is known about IBS and SIBO and tells about ways to treat it, even though he doesn't give the exact treatment (I'm guessing it would be considered medical advice) there is enough there that if you connect the dots you can make a lot of progress. Written by Alana and Lisa Macfarlane, known as the “Mac Twins,” “ The Gut Stuff: An Empowering Guide To Your Gut & Its Microbes” explores the wonderful and interesting world of microbes. As someone with a PhD in Biotechnology, I can confidently say that "Dark Matter: The New Science of the Microbiome" by James Kinross is a fantastic read that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in health and well-being.

Expect step-by-step guidance and a realistic, gentle approach. This book is one of my FAVORITES. It will help you understand your gut microbiome health better. One of my favorite quotes from the book is, “It might be more accurate to say, if we were built as anything, we are microbial storage machines designed to pass our microbes along to future generations.” This book is instrumental if you suffer from NCD (non-communicable disease). The Probiotic Cure is a guide to overcoming many of our most common health issues.
