I highly recommend this product for anyone that has more than 2 keys. It is awesome for those that don’t even have many keys, as you can add tons of different accessories to it, and basically turn it into your own customized multi tool. Our mission is to help you find the right gear for the right occasion, so you can do what you love most! The plastic construction is a little meh considering the price. It would have been nice for a product costing this much to be made from metal, but the build feels really solid nonetheless, it still feels like it will hold up for a long time and wouldn't break if I threw it at someone or anything. I am a little miffed at the fact that they used to make a pink one but now it's not available, I absolutely would have paid more for a pink one. So now I don't actually know how often to charge this thing.... varying advice online too, probably since you can get wildly different results depending on use.... but suffice to say, you need to add 'keyring charging' to your 'to-do' list, but I actually can't help you as to when you need to do this - let's say weekly for now.

When your KeySmart is not in range, or not communicating with your mobile device, the map on your Tile app keeps a record of the last time and place your KeySmart and device were connected. Something I always wished I had was a knife on me at any time. However I never really wanted to keep a bulky knife on me. Having the knife accessory on the KeySmart gives me the best of both worlds. Tile finding technology is built into your KeySmart keyholder device. Once activated, it works like a Tile would:The built in tile functionality is a life saver, with a really good range and a battery I haven't needed to top up since I got it. I've used it quite a few times to find my phone and a couple to find my bag (With my keys inside). I haven't really used the torch at all apart from to flash at my friends to shut them up, because who doesn't just use the torch on their phone right? This knife was an added accessory that I had really wanted. It showed up exactly like I thought it would, and works perfectly. Press the “+” button in the upper left corner and search for “KeySmart” in the list of Tile Enabled Devices. First, make sure that the KeySmart Pro is fully charged. Then, make sure that bluetooth is turned on your on and the Tile app is open and running. Open the settings of your Tile app and make sure that bluetooth and location services are enabled. Next, make sure that the Tile app is updated to the latest version. Software updates frequently resolve technical issues.

Lastly, I highly recommend paying attention to the layout of your keys for a bit. Then when you notice something you don’t like, then take it apart and make sure to adjust it to what you need.Would be significantly more convenient with USB-C charging, as I never have Mirco with me nor setup at home. The somewhat strong battery life mitigates this issue somewhat. Important! Do not unpair your KeySmart from your Tile account. Doing so will permanently remove it from your account and prevent you from ever adding it to your account again. How long will the battery on the KeySmart Max last?

I have no idea how long it lasts... or is supposed to last either coz my tests were really inconclusive. I think it might last a 'long time' provided you don't have the torch (or 'flashlight' for our American friends) activated for an hour or something... anyway, what happened to me the other day was that I actually needed to find my phone. So obviously I was excited! - This was the moment that my Keysmart Max would be able to do its job. What a happy day! - Except it wasn't. It turned out that BOTH my Keysmarts were completely depleted - and no device alerted me to this prior. This resulted in me putting it together incorrectly a couple times (even though I have done this before with my old one).

You can change your KeySmart's name, photo, and category and you also have the option to choose between any of the Tile ringtones. In the end, I recommend you take a look at all of the options KeySmart has to offer. Most people will be just fine with the Original KeySmart, as it holds up just fine.
