The Trims were supplied FOC and received within 48Hrs. I have given a 5 Star Rating but if I could it would have been 10 Star. I would never buy this again, even though 5 years warranty has expired , but you expect to last longer then 5 years investment. Merlyn make very good products and their after-sales service is astonishingly good. We had a problem with our shower door - possibly an installation issue - and Merlyn have come to the rescue years later.
