About this deal

And it should be fine doing that; it’s going into lower-than-rated impedances where things tend to get iffy. It’s ridiculous to have 20 or so EQ settings without knowing their effect on the frequency response My A30a uses two USB ports on my PC, one is connected to the SMSL PO100's DDC and its OPT/COAX output is connected to the A30a, the other is directly connected to the A30a's USB input. However, being a software guy, I must admit I have other concerns that were not discussed here. As my main usage is only while connecting to my PCs via USB Feels more like when they notice that something went wrong with one version they just release another unit instead of a revision of the first unit.

Sabaj A30a announced - Audio Science Review (ASR) Forum

If A30a is connected to the high level input of SW, a short circuit condition may occur inside SW and destroy A30a. after a fresh start it works for ~30min, then after reselecting input it works for 5-10min and again stops, it feels like it might be some overheating problem, but it is not that hot(for sure touchable), but i have never seen the fan going in this amp, maybe this is the cause, strange it started happening just now, And Sabaj A30a using all aluminum alloy CNC processing technology, using anodizing technology, fine workmanship, first-class touch. Due to its CNC aluminum shell, temperature control is greatly improved to heat dissipation capacity. In addition, this housing has a nice appearance without compromising on performance or additions of cooling elements. A chassis temperature display is implemented so you can controlled the temperature and sound quality. The speaker is connected between the + side outputs of the two amplifiers, and the voltage between the speaker terminals is 0V, but the voltage between the speaker terminals and GND is half the power supply voltage. There is no led that indicates if the device is on. When the display is dimmed and no music is playing is impossible to say if the amplifier is on or off. And mostpower amps and powered speakers still have analog inputs to accommodate the analog outputs from source components... I was also considering an amplifier based on the Hypex Ncore NC252MP module. Here is Amir's review of the IOM NCore Pro (based on Hypex NC252MP): https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...d-measurements-of-iom-ncore-pro-pwr-amp.8979/

SABAJ A30a Power Amplifier 200W*2 New PFFB Digital Amplifier: SABAJ A30a Power Amplifier 200W*2

Source is still my PC --> RME Digiface USB via USB --> two Sabaj A30A via optical - this way I would have a multichannel (quadraphonic) system I am using my A30A via USB at the moment but I am contemplating about a different setup that would look like this:

USB compatibility ..................................Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 11(Needs Driver) Mac OSX、Linux(Driverless) It is technically possible to design a Class-D amplifier that directly accepts an analog input (including a basic PWM design)... Channel separation ...................................................................................108dB Therefore, if a wire other than the speaker is connected to a BTL amplifier, the amplifier may be short-circuited and damaged due to overcurrent. Thanks Keith for the detailed information. It helps to understand just what this product is. I have about ten days left on my potential return, and though I’m very impressed, there are reasons to maybe pass for now and possibly wait for another version. People have observed that the company usually just releases something else rather than fix issues. Not sure about that but they (SMSL and Topping too) are definitely producing a lot of products, at similar price points.

It's also true that, while there are a lot of current digital signal standards and formats, analog audio signals are still far more "standardized".) The on/off issue may have been a fluke, I have turned the unit on an off with the remote, and have not discovered it in a state which I had not left it in. I may have jumped the gun on thinking that my amps are beaten by this thing, as I got some very good sound from the Topping E70 into the 1Ls and Magnepan .7s ( yes I currently have LRS too). All aluminum alloy CNC processing technology, using anodizing technology, fine workmanship, first-class touch; I had 2 choices of speakers, precisely from the Monitor Audio Silver series, same series, but 2.5-way model and lower impedance at 4 ohms.

Have you experienced any difference in terms of subjective sound quality when using USB/Optical/Coax? I assume they shall be the same, right? This description applies to all "digital amplifiers" as well as a few other types (like PWM amplifier circuits - which can have analog inputs). From the contents of the product, it is the Sabaj version of SMSL A2. I don't think the chip configuration has changed either. I live in a condo so I could only test the system at low and medium volume (no more than 50-55 on the digital display) so I can’t comment about the power reserve of the amplifier that however seems more than enough to create irreversible problems with my neighbors. Even after 2 or 3 hours of listening at medium-low volume I would describe the temperature of the chassis as lukewarm. I never heard any noise coming from the cooling fan (either is very quite or has never been spinning). I also never heard any hum or hissing coming from the speakers (however I did not put my ear near the tweeters)
