The book also explores themes such as friendship, teamwork, and overcoming adversity, which are important for children’s social and emotional development. I really liked this book, I thought it was interesting, I liked all the different characters and the different super powers. I guessed that Frankie Brown would have one too. It was fun and interesting how they each discovered their super powers throughout the story, whilst behaving like kids! They then worked together to use them to save Frankie Brown's, Mum's invention.Fly into a fiery and fantastical future with No. 1 bestselling author David Walliams, in an epic adventure of myth and legend, good and evil, and one small boy who must save the world… An extra activity is provided in which your class will highlight all the synonyms for ‘said’. This will give them a range of words when writing independently.

I liked this book and thought it was cool that they created a danger gang when he moved away. Bet he was nervous moving away from his friends. I’m glad he made some new friends. It was really funny and I kept wanting to read it until the end and even though I read it a second time it was just as good as the first. I really liked the format it was written in and I really liked the way it ended. His new town is called Freaky and upright it was freaky, their are flashes of green light. And one by one his new friends at freaky change! This book made me jealous that all the children in the story had really cool superpowers and i don't! Some of the children could turn into sharks when getting wet!It was amazing to see each of the kids getting their superpowers as he was writing to his friend Dani. It was also amazing to see his Dad as a secret agent.

The new children’s book from No. 1 bestselling author David Walliams – a timeless adventure illustrated by artistic genius, Tony Ross. This book was great! The characters i liked and disliked were Mollie McClear and the shadows. The book was so interesting and so adventurous , I would definitely recommend to my friends! I thought it was an interesting book and it tells you how a group of friends save an invention from being stolen. It was a fiction book and my favourite character was a boy called Frank Brown who life felt to me like a rollercoaster. NOTE: I read this book in Dutch. I have no clue what the English names for everything is, so I am going to be using the Dutch names. I wasn’t a fan of the teacher though. How she handled the class, that math stuff and forcing people to do maths until they gets something right, there is the Valentines Day thing. Lord woman, be a better teacher.

I enjoyed the format of this book as it was multiple letters sent to another person. I also enjoyed the unique story this fictional book contains. The main character was named Franky but my favourite was named Eddie. I would recommend this book to anyone between 7 and15. However, some of this was a little annoying - in particular the ew girls are gross parts. Meeting the danger gang was so fun and interesting some of the plot line was pretty cool too, there is of course a lot of toilet humor in this one but it wasn't too bad. Read by Tom Felton, this is the electrifying new adventure from bestselling author of The Christmasaurus and The Creakers, Tom Fletcher. My favourite person in the Danger Gang was Franky because he was really hilarious! I enjoyed the way he wrote to his friend, Dani.

What a great book. It’s very fun to read, even for the adult reading the book. I have been sharing this book with my almost 6 year old son as a bed time story. He has laughed so much and has been eager to read the next chapter. The story is fun, and so are the illustrations. Highly Recommend! In this resource your LKs2 class will have to read the sentences and fill in the missing words using the word bank. Green stinky storms, a weird town, superpowers?, friendship, and more! A delightful and hilarious book! This one was a little hard for me to rate in the end....I think the way this was written using letters was really cool and I haven't seen this in a middle grade before. Also reading this from an adult's perspective was quite funny, especially with the rules and secrets the kids think they have that their parents surely couldn't know about.
