We’d recommend hikes to the Dark Peaks and Mam Tor. Although the routes are challenging at points, the panoramic views are worth it! No trip to the region is complete without a visit to Chatsworth House, which is home to over 1000 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens. Enjoy a clifftop walk from the stunning bay at Lulworth Cove to the region’s most famous landmark, Durdle Door.As mentioned, we love this walk because it’s easily accessible by public transport from London. There are two options. You can hop on the Metropolitan Line from Baker Street (or any other station along the route). This journey takes 38 minutes.
