In case you didn't know already, amiibo are NFC-ready toys which offer connectivity features with games on the Wii U, 3DS and Switch, but also serve as highly-detailed and very desirable trinkets that look great on your shelf. Great article. My big wish is they'd release the red base Bowser Jr amiibo they planned for Mario party Star Rush. It exists but was shelved when the (brilliant, by the way!) game didn't do as well as they hoped. He looks so cute. I'd love a Toadette, Shy Guy, Birdo and Kamek amiibo too 💕
