About this deal

I am more interested in tightening the timings than augmenting frequencies, so my efforts will be centered on that.

CORSAIR

Our servers are getting hit pretty hard right now. To continue shopping, enter the characters as they are shown It may be that the CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (Optimized for Intel) is using the less expensive and worse hynix chips (they have problems with AM4 but works good with Intel) while When I have XMP disabled everything works normally, but in windows system events I have "LiveKernelEvent 141". [this error usually means a hardware error/damage] I wonder if any of you have it in connection with the instability of the XMP profile, and not only... When using DRAM Calculator for Ryzen I also discovered their timings more closely matched the "Samsung OEM" profile so that may be the info that might really help you out the most if you use that utility.I used the import feature from Thaiphoon because I noticed that even though I put in the correct specifications in all the main fields like rank, number of modules, frequency etc the timings still changed when I used the imported file in DRAM calculator. I left Samsung b-die instead of Samsung OEM, as you suggested, because that would give me invalid numbers. Then I heard about what you said about tRFC and I set the alternative setting (432) as well as the tWRRD (3).

I suspected this was to do with overvolting of RAM or SOC initially when I faced many BSOD's (more than 2 per day), as I realised my BIOS VDDG and VDDP was higher than normal (1100 and 1000) when comparing to the Ryzen DRAM calculator 'Safe' values which were recommended at 900. As per another thread, I used Thaiphoon software to read the XMP directly from the kit before importing it and using 'Calculate Safe' option on DRAM calculator. After switching XMP to auto, the tRC parameter is set to 64 in bios, but in windows alone it sometimes shows higher even over 70. When I turn off the XMP, the tRC should be 50 and this is in bios, but in windows I have tRC 51. In particular this is a good way to get what your motherboard decides to use by default for termination, cad bus, and misc values. This provides a base point where you know what values already work.I would also like to hear from other people who may have had the same issue and for which this solution solved this problem (setting the tRC to 56 instead of 54)

I bought the second "CMW32GX4M2C3200C16", unfortunately it didn't want to work on 3200Mhz, or even lower ~2600Mhz. Want to start test out dram calculator but if thaiphoon burner is showing the wrong info I don't want to tinker with it yet, want to be sure what it really is. Edit: for what's it worth: I reproduced this issue with every BIOS version I tried: F10a, F7b, F5g, F5l,and probably more. Edited November 11, 2019 by Djiezes Hi, I ran into the same BSOD issue on 2x16GB CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 on my ryzen 9 3900x gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE system with AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB, BIOS F4 and windows 10 update 1903. Intel Core™ i9-10900KF | 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws V / Team T-Force DDR4-3000 | GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS ELITE | MSI GAMING X GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GPU | NZXT H510 | EVGA G5 650W | MasterLiquid ML240L | 2x 2TB HDD | 256GB SX6000 Pro SSD | 3x Corsair SP120 RGB | Fractal Design Venturi HF-14

I switched the graphics card, pulled out single frame dice and the error is always. could it be the CPU ??? :(

Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB - UserBenchmark

As you step up in frequency and you can't seem to get DRAM Calculator values to work you can revert to what did work (from the previous step) starting with ProcODT, RTT, and CAD values.I currently have got CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 which I bought in October 2018. It's working fine on my Asus x470 pro with Ryzen 7 2700X. What is the difference between these two kits: CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16 vs. CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. I will be using it with the r7 1700 with the C6H. What kit is the best to get the highest speed on? I plan on getting 2 sets of them. Are there any other kits you recommend that can fit while using the NH-D15? This was me and I wanted to share my experience too, since the problem seems to more widespread than just me. Running Memory Stress Test in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility BSOD if I run for more than 30 min even if XMP is disabled in bios.
