About this deal

NOTE: All of the textures were created by me. They are "Fan Art" for sure, but they aren't stolen :) If you enjoy BlenderNation and you think it’s a valuable resource to the Blender community, please take a moment to read how you can support BlenderNation. As of 2366, some thirteen species were represented among the 1,014 members of the ship's complement, at that time including Betazoid, Klingon, El-Aurian, Vulcan, and Human. ( TNG: " Remember Me", " Reunion") Over the course of its mission, crew species included Bolian, Benzite, Bajoran, Napean, and an android. When Lal was considering an Andorian form, Troi told her that she would be alone, meaning there were no Andorians or at least no Andorian females on the ship then. ( TNG: " The Offspring") I wanted to make a stand for my Enterprise D print https://www.thingiverse.com/make:375349 from the awesome collection https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1423364. In 2367, while exploring a cavern on Alpha Onias III, Commander William Riker was rendered unconscious by gases. While unconscious, neural scanners scanned Commander Riker's brain. The scanners used elements of Riker's reality and constructed a simulation with those elements interspersed throughout so that it felt real to him. What Riker wanted, the scanners made possible.

Star Trek: The Next Generation already required more sets than the average television show. It had to cannibalize whatever it could from the motion pictures and Gene Roddenberry wrote two superfluous scenes in main engineering into “Encounter at Farpoint”, knowing that such a large set might never be built if it wasn’t required for the pilot. I was just watching the Bills Bengals pregame, and they were going to show a preview, BUT up here in Toronto we don’t get the US commercials

USS Challenger • USS Enterprise-D • USS Galaxy • USS Odyssey • USS Syracuse • USS Venture • USS Yamato • Unnamed Hope that helps. I don't mean to sound all preachy, just trying to offer some balanced thoughts that may prove helpful in deciding if this kit is for you. Have you tried a normal map, how does that work. All maps produce jagginess if you get close enough to them because they are bitmap and not vector formats. You can make bigger resolution maps but still if you want to get up close as in look through the windows it will eventually get jaggy to some degree.

Simon Hugo, a contributing author to the project, added that the magazines include "a complete TNG episode guide, with behind-the-scenes insights, rare concept art, and whatever other interesting nuggets we can get our hands on. They’re really fun to research and write, and hopefully a lot of fun to read, too!" [7] the 1/350 scale models are also based on the same round 2 scale so the enterprise 35 inch long making the enterprise D is 70 inch long . Room 0912: Commander William T. Riker's quarters ( TNG: " The Best of Both Worlds", " Chain Of Command, Part II")

All the components required adjustments to the normals as I’ve said. I’ve done some modifications of your textures in Photoshop, including some coloration changes; I had to adjust the bump maps as I said, and I’ve turned off the lights for the time being (since that’s an area where the format-to-format translations tend to fail). You’re welcome to my .psd files, if you want them. Following a mission on Karzill IV in 2381, Riker commented to Lieutenant Brad Boimler on how much he missed the exploration and scientific exploits of the Enterprise-D compared to the "non-stop fighting" he experienced as captain of the USS Titan. He advised Boimler to enjoy his reassignment to the USS Cerritos similarly to his time on the Enterprise. ( LD: , " Kayshon, His Eyes Open") The new Enterprise retains the hallmarks of Matt Jefferies' design for the original Enterprise: a saucer section, engineering section, and a pair of engine nacelles. [13] Probert did this in part to assuage skeptical fans who were concerned about the original Enterprise being "replaced". [15] The design instead shifted placement and proportion: for example, the saucer section was enlarged and the warp nacelles shifted lower. [16] Slanting the nacelle support pylons forward conveyed a sense of intense forward movement. [16] The July 1987 issue of Starlog included the first public depictions of the ship. [13] It’s quite different than Chapter 11 or 7 in the United States where the original owners and management stay in place until the firm is close to wound up.
