Graco designed the Milestone as a more affordable alternative to the Graco 4Ever (detailed comparison below), with similar features and longevity, but at a lower price.

I should just mention the cup holder, which is perfectly placed and reachable; having a secure but accessible spot for that essential drink is a very under-rated feature, and it’s the small stuff like this which makes a HUGE difference over time.The Milestone 3-in-1 straps are also prevented from twisting, which increases its safety. It’s important to monitor if the seat straps will be tangled. It also meets the international standard for attachment points. A child needs to lay flat for it to be the most effective. It’s just like an adult with a belt. If the seat strap is not used properly, it won’t work well. The base model Extend2Fit includes the leg extension panel that provides up to five additional inches of legroom and a rear-facing weight limit of fifty pounds when used in the rear-facing position. Many parents seemed happy with the Graco Milestone 3 in 1 car seat’s ease of installation, safety features, and attention to detail. I could easily remove the seat cover without removing the harness, but not completely from the frame. This could make cleaning the straps difficult. I was so excited about the idea – and yet I admit I was totally dubious that a seat designed to keep a new baby safe could in any way be suitable for a hefty 10yr old.
