The same is true for the thousands of bees cared for in the 12 beehives on the heather hillsides at Highland Spring HQ. As such, Highland Spring proud supporters of small Scottish company Plan Bee who install beehives to protect and grow the endangered bee population. So while they are busy bottling pure spring water and Aqua Amore are busy delivering each case to your home, office and business in our own delivery vehicles, the bees are busy making pure Scottish heather honey. That means we are committed to looking after both the land from which we draw our water, and the environment around it.

The journey of Highland Spring never stops. Our boreholes stretch down as much as 150 metres and bring the flowing water gently to the surface; the water never settles until it reaches the bottle you drink from. And there we have it. Water as nature intended.

We currently harvest only 3% of the annual rainfall on our catchment area, to ensure the long-term sustainability of our water source. Our Soil Association organic accreditation means our catchment area can support and encourage more wildlife, whilst 500,000 new trees have been planted on the estate around our catchment area. From the majestic landscape of Scotlands Ochil Hills, every drop of Highland Spring is lovingly drawn from organic land. We are partnering with Hubbub on innovative campaigns in Leeds, Swansea and Edinburgh to encourage recycling on-the-go. Similarly, we have worked with Keep Scotland Beautiful on a funnel bin project along key highways in Scotland with the aim of reducing litter amongst tourists. Every drop of Highland Spring comes from the majestic Ochil Hills, where it is carefully drawn from 2,500 acres of protected land.
