For a person who has been in the field for so long, Coomi Kapoor has witnessed the shifting power of political parties in the Country. Today, she is here to share her tremendous knowledge with all of us. She talks about multiple topics like Journalism, Seeing the Weakest Government, the Rise of Dhirubhai Ambani, Liberalisation, Cabinet Reshuffling, the Future of India & more. The Gita of course is too vast and liberal in its approach to make any hard dictums. It takes all ideas, categorizes them, transforms their innate meanings, and then chooses the best for the student. But aren’t there other spiritual stations that are prized too, apart from the escape to Moksha? A rajarshi may be described to be a king (raja) who adopted a path of devotion, thereby becoming a royal sage (rishi). A rajarshi does not have to leave the kingship to become rishi , as in the example of Vishvamitra (who later becomes a Brahmarishi), but could attain the status of a sage through self-realisation during his reign. A rajarshi still performs the duties of their kshatriya class, and remain similar to most rishis, maharishis, and brahmarishis descendants in their level of spiritual knowledge. [2] Another example of Rajarshi is King Janaka, who is said to have attained self-Knowledge from the ascetic sage Astavakra.

Re-examining Sabarimala - Pragyata

Interestingly, while many other forms and deities are representative powers of various other-worldly ideas, or specific aspects of the world of duality, or supernal glories of a world of mystical and occult reality, or just a release into the life-denying reality of Moksha, Nara and Nārāyaṇa are supposed to be a Divine pair meditating on, well, dharma. Adhyatma, in its truest form, is beyond mental calculationsand is judged by only one parameter: transformation. A spiritual worldview teaches a person to understand, realize and accept that while the world keeps churning all the time going through unpredictable motions, sometimes profitable and sometimes less so, wisdom lies in a detached participation in this melee and realizing that no matter how hard one tries one can never control the external completely to one’s satisfaction. TheSamkhyasof the past, therefore, divided the human being into a silent conscious Purusha inside, who only stands as a witness to the mechanical, unenlightened nature that keeps revolving in circles, bringing alternate seasons of joy and sorrow. The aim was to station oneself inside the Purusha consciousness at all times and go through life with that attitude to an observer rather than a sentimental participant. In this way, neither sadness nor happiness would disturb one’s inner composure and eventually one will experience a constant bliss inside.Today Keshava Swami dwelled upon some deep and meaningful topics of spirituality. He shared his story of becoming a monk, the in-depth meaning of the Bhagavad Gita, the relevance of time and karma for us, and the spiritual science behind why starting your day early is a game-changer. We also touched upon what happens after one enters Monkhood. Rajarshi Sir explained that it’s a path of complete renunciation and spiritual dedication. It’s not an escape, but a commitment to a higher purpose. The karmic implications are profound, as you’re essentially dedicating your life to spiritual pursuits, which can have a transformative impact on your karma and life’s journey. But fundamental to the process, as with any spiritual process within dharma, is the key aspect of Shraddha, In this episode, we decoded the geopolitics and talked about global economic growth. If you’re someone who loves our geopolitical conversations, this episode is definitely for you. I hope you like this episode and share your thoughts in the comments section. Many Tamil girls are open to dating North Indian guys, and many Tamil boys are attracted to Malayali girls. This was a major section in the episode that led to great fun and laughs when discussing love interests for Ranveer. Hope you enjoy this episode...

This fight, however, continued in the next cycle where Dambodbhava incarnated into two beings – Duryodhana and Karna, while Nara and Nārāyaṇa came as Partha and Parthasarathy, thus eventually completing their unfinished work. But, he must do so with detachment, such that no sin clings to the soul, even if it were a terrible act of slaying one’s preceptors, as the circumstances demand. For dharma of an individual trump overall interpersonal or societal equations, if progress is the aim of the jiva. By oversimplification, an unfortunate characteristic of our ever-rushing age, we have reduced a complex journey to mentally digestible tidbits used for polemics or propaganda, and thus made a “khidchi” of things. Thus, without starting our individual journeys from swadharma, there is no way that we will have the scope to enter into and truly experience Sanatana Dharma – the Eternal Dharma, the one that our Rishis followed.

Claim 7: “It is in the Harivamsa (dated fourth century CE), a later appendage to the Mahabharata, that the Krishna-Abhira identification was given concrete shape.” That is exactly the high station that the Gita speaks of, which the Lord explains to Arjuna, and which unfortunately we have largely disregarded as a Nation in our pursuit of otherworldly transcendence. In today’s episode of The Ranveer Show, we have Raghavan Srinivasan. He is an author, a political commentator, and someone who is keenly interested in Indian literature. He is well-versed in the Chola Dynasty and is here to explain the history of the Chola empire on TRS. In this episode, Dulquer talks about Acting and how he began his career, his life in the 40s, the Hindi film industry, his Social Life & more. He also opens up about how he met his wife and all about his married life. Along with that, he shares some amazing tips on fashion. Lord Hanuman is believed to be immortal. So he is believed to respond faster to prayers. That is why Hanuman Chalisa is so powerful. Many practices involve the chanting of Hanuman Chalisa. If you chant Hanuman Chalisa with pure devotion and faith, follow celibacy, offer some food to lord Hanuma, and chant the name of Lord Rama, you will see some transformation within 40 days.”

The whole concept of tantric sex comes in the left half path. In the left-hand path, you offer meat, alcohol, fish, mudra, and sex. These practices happen at a higher level of tantra. This process aims to worship the deity and not for personal pleasure. Sex is one part of it. There is a process to it. There are certain mantras to be chanted which are given by the guru.”Another famous figure named Rajarshi in somehow present era was Purusottam Das Tandon. He was the one who is regarded as the person to make Hindi the Official Language of Independent India. He was awarded Bharat Ratna (India's Highest Civilian Award) in year 1961. The Bhagwatam informs us that Lord Vishnu incarnated as Rsi-s Nārāyaṇa and Nara, who are constantly engaged in meditation at Badrikashram. From the Mahabharata itself, we get the story of the Asura king Dambodbhava, who, overcome by pride as his name seems to suggest, decided to challenge the meditating Nara and Nārāyaṇa to a battle. One of the most intriguing parts of the conversation was about Kundalis. A Kundali is essentially a detailed astrological chart that serves as a blueprint for your life. Rajarshi Sir explained how it’s used in everything from marriage matchmaking to career guidance. It’s not just a chart; it’s a roadmap for your life’s journey. When we use the term Karma, we basically refer, more often than not, to the karma-phala– the results of karma. One view of this law, and the most popularview,is that there is a law of justice in Nature, which mechanically ensures that every individual will face the consequences of his actions, good or bad, at some point in the future, even if it is in another lifetime. Therefore the arrangement of the gráha-s (not planets, the original meaning is “graspers”), at the moment of birth are indicative of thekarmaphala, which the soul is likely to experience as a result of its actions in previous incarnations. This then is the philosophical crux on which Jyotiṣa revolves. In theorythere are further subdivisions of these karma-phalas. Some aredrida– fixed, some areadrida– shifting, and some a mixture of the two. Those which aredrida, according to the theory, cannot be changed and have to be experienced for good or bad, while the rest can be tamperedwith,if one chooses one’s course of actions wisely. Added to this, is the idea of karmic debts, cursesand blessings, etc and a wide sub-range of further classifications.

What about Moksha? We have categorized the 4 purusharthas and made dharma look like an alternative to Moksha. But if swadharma is so central to human life, and the realization of Sanatana Dharma in the charama sloka is the ultimate destination, how can liberation be bereft of dharma, ever? Moreover, Moksha as an escape from rebirth is an idea which the Gita explains in the middle but does not make it the final clinching advice for Arjuna. I found the style of writing invoking a sense of harmony and peace in the reader. That itself is the biggest testimony of the genuineness of the writer's intent. The Bhattacharjee Chronicles – I: How to Take Over a Country and Reformat its Civilisation March 3, 2020 Claim 4: “Krishna-Gopala (or Krishna the cowherd) surfaced when Krishna was fused with another god of the Abhira (Ahir) tribe.”This was a very special episode for me because of the kind of information that I gained from this conversation. Milind Deora is someone who has studied the ins and outs of the Indian government and is here to share his unbiased opinions. I hope you enjoy this episode and let us know your thoughts in the comments section. For the sadhna to work, it should be done with a sense of sacredness and not for enjoyment. It is not some random action. It is worship. There needs to be a sense of liberation.”
