About this deal

I enjoy this Simply Fit Board so much that the first day I stayed on it for 1hour. It is so much fun to do. My legs hurt for two days but it was worth it.

The Simply Fit Board is made of a firm but pliable colored plastic that has some flex to it. The flex was a little disconcerting when I first stepped on the board because I thought I might break it, but the board held up just fine. The Simply Fit Board is challenging: The moves definitely took some getting used to, and will test, challenge, and improve your balance and stability. They recommend you hold onto a chair of some sort when you first start out so that you can properly learn how to balance yourself.

You tried the Simply Fit Board, what’d ya think?

The production value on the DVD is pretty good overall (though the sound mixing wasn’t great at times), and the workouts are easy and fun to follow. Will the Simply Fit Board give you a solid workout and a nice burn in your core and abs? Absolutely! If you’re not sure whether this form of exercise is for you, talk to a doctor, physical therapist, or a fitness coach before trying it. Twist boards are fun to use but may eventually become boring, especially if it’s the only form of exercise you do. Users also noticed benefits beyond physical fitness. They reported experiencing fun while working out—a key factor that motivated them to keep exercising regularly with the board. And we all know consistency is what matters when you’re on your journey to better health and fitness.

After wowing Mark, Lori, Robert, and yes, even Mr. Wonderful, the creators of the Fit Board got the investment they needed to catapult their product to the mainstream. You should be twisting at the waist, and your knee joints shouldn’t move. A good way to get the motion correct is to hold two hand weights straight down at your sides and swing your arms in a semi-circular motion, with a slight bend in your knees. [1] Their first sale was from the trunk of their car, and they ended up selling over 28000 boards. They appeared on Shark Tank to convince investors to increase production. Simply Fit Board Before Shark Tank The DVD that comes with the Simply Fit Board offers several extra exercises and six workouts designed to help extend the usefulness of the board. Some of the exercises are rather creative and admittedly hard to do when using the board.Essentially, the board is a molded piece of flexible plastic-like material that you stand, sit, or kneel on, and can twist on the ground. It’s designed to be used in a host of workouts, many of which are explained on the accompanying DVD. The twist is that on the Fit Board you can, well, twist; introducing a completely new and unique range of motion to traditional balance board workouts.
