Volume is limited—not so much that you can’t hear much (a common complaint) but enough that I’d count these as fairly loud. While volume-limited headphones can sometimes be too quiet, in our opinion, 94dB is too loud for sensitive ears—indeed it really should be regarded as too loud for older ears too.
