Very good – bought to keep the sun out during a heatwave, and they did that well. Easy to fit and fast delivery. Just one thing – I think it would be helpful if installation instructions included a suggestion to put some temporary weights on the bottom so the blinds to relax them so they cover the whole window. Only needs to be done once. I used clothes pegs to fix ordinary cutlery knives to the bottom edge and left them on overnight. Yes, our window films are easy to maintain and clean. Great blinds. I was recommended them by my partner as a temporary solution whilst I wait for my new shutters and curtains to be made. They are perfect. Lined curtains and a Venetian blind still left the room like daylight after 4am. I decided to try Blinds in a Box and woohoo it’s DARK. The only problem is because it’s summer I need a window open. First night I had metre long steel rules to stretch out the blinds. Second night I was awake with the blinds rattling in the gentle breeze all night . Now I use the steel rules every night to hold the blinds down and all is ok. Could you maybe provide a weight accessory though as I am an artist and my steel rules belong in my studio and I need to remember to bring them every night. But thank you for the sleep…I needed it. It would be a 5* if they didn’t rattle Excellent product. It was just what I needed while I make a decision about what to do at the windows in my newly renovated house, and looks good too – I may just keep it as a permanent blind!
Slightly faffy to lift up each morning but overall excellent and whilst technically temporary they seem to be lasting well
My giant origami lampshade has a scattered sprinkles look. I thought that recreating that would be a bit overwhelming on such a large space as a blind, so I decided to go for a close sprinkle at the bottom, and gradually let it spread out as I moved up the blind. Your product is amazing !!! Very reasonably priced, does exactly what it says ‘on the box’. Easy to install and cut to size required and very robust for something meant to be temporary.
