About this deal

I love how they implemented the Zelda skin on the Console it's very sleek and alluring. But just the console overall is fantastic. I love the user interface I love the games and so much nostalgia. Definitely not a mistake in this investment. Always can keep your friends and family entertained with this bad boy "believe it"!

One thing I found pretty weird was that the switch didn't come with the game. Normally when they laugh a special edition console it comes with the game? At least in every special edition console I've bought before. This is one of the best Switch designs by far, if not THE best. I honestly want to buy another one just to have on display. The joycons LOOK premium. The gold on the front makes it feel like you're truly playing with power (not paid by Nintendo, I swear). Exceptional performance: The custom Tegra processor ensures smooth and lag-free gameplay, maintaining the high standard set by the Nintendo Switch. After another user asked them to prove they weren’t just making it up, SecretSantaSeven posted a photo of GameStop’s internal system, which lists an item named ‘HW TBD’ (hardware to be determined) under its ‘Upcoming Video Game System’ category. The last Zelda game we share together was The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in 2017 and even though I already bought the original Nintendo Switch and the Splatoon 3 Nintendo Switch Oled Special Edition, I bought this amazing special edition of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom not just because this us my favorite game series but specially to honor my dad memory and legacy and I don’t regreat it because is the most beatiful Nintendo Switch Oled Special Edition. I told myself the OLED wasn't worth buying unless it was a Zelda Edition. Then lo and behold, Nintendo granted me my wish. Finally a Zelda themed Switch at my fingertips! I absolutely love the signature Gold that is plastered on the JoyCon with the TOTK design. The larger screen wasn't something I thought I'd appreciate but it definately makes playing it as a handheld much more enjoyable along with the louder speakers. I completely recommend for any Zelda fan. Even if your not a Zelda fan, the design looks amazing! I would have made the entire console (including bezels) gold. Looks a tiny bit generic otherwise IMO.

Overall I'm glad I upgraded. I'm only wishing I'd done it when the OLED launched so I couldve done my first playthrough of Dread on it. Putting the two home screens from the OLED to normal you can immediately tell you're going to have a better experience. It certainly was in my case.

A quest that takes you to new heights!

Limited game library: While the Nintendo Switch has a diverse range of games, the Tears of Kingdom Edition does not come with any exclusive game titles, limiting its appeal to fans of Tears of Kingdom specifically. The new Zelda game reportedly grew from DLC ideas for the first Switch game that took on a life of their own, so while it should expand on what players have seen before, the base is likely to be similar.

If you're on the fence about buying the game because of that. Don't be. ITS WORTH IT! Even at the price bump I'd call TOTK worth it. I do not mind paying more if the game is as good as that. (that could be rose tinted glasses as I have a lot of nostalgia for Zelda as it was my first game essentially) Master Sword location | How to increase inventory space | How to increase hearts and stamina | How to get warm clothes | Wingsuit location | Hylian Shield location | Duplication glitchEverythingnotsaved You'll need to be patient for pics I'm afraid. My partner doesn't exactly know about 10 of them, and they're all boxed up in various locations. But I'll give you the rundown: The Tears of Kingdom Edition comes with specially designed Joy-Con controllers that feature unique artwork inspired by the game. The controllers offer excellent ergonomics and responsive inputs, ensuring precise and comfortable gameplay. The HD Rumble and motion control capabilities further enhance the immersion factor, enabling players to enjoy a wide range of gaming experiences. Take this with a grain of salt,” they wrote on Monday, “but I work at GameStop and it seems a new Switch SKU was just added to our system before tomorrow. Get ready for that leaked OLED to be real.” Whilst we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, there may be factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Switch number 10 for me. Now I just want a limited edition Metroid Switch OLED and I'll be content.
