The SoundSync is extremely easy to use. Once it receives power via the USB connector it can be switched on, after which pairing is very straightforward. Setting up the Anker Soundsync A3352 was a breeze. The device came with clear instructions, and I had it up and running in no time. The user-friendly interface made navigating the receiver's functions effortless. Pairing with my devices was a seamless process, and the receiver remembered the devices, automatically reconnecting when in range.

This device does allow using it for phone calls if you set it to, allowing hands-free phone in the car. As I mentioned, my car already has Bluetooth hands-free phone capability so I have turned this feature off. When you connect the device with your phone you get a choice to use it for just phone, just music, or both. I chose just music. As a technology, Bluetooth has been commercially available since 1999. However, it is only in the last decade or so that technology has become widely adopted, particularly with the rise of portable technology, such as smartphones, laptops and tablets. Bluetooth is also commonplace in smart home devices and non-portable technology, like stereos, TVs and gaming consoles. What does 2.4GHz mean? Connectivity is good, and the device sits out of sight inside my center console storage compartment. I just have to remember to turn it off when I leave the car, but even if it runs down it starts to charge again as soon as the car starts, so I am only out of music for a minute while it charges a bit. My 2011 car was on the edge of Bluetooth, so it has connectivity for phone calls, but not for music. This little device fixes that. I just connect the phone to it via Bluetooth and connect to the car's stereo system using the AUX port. The sound quality is very good -- easily as good as with a cable.One of the standout features of the Anker Soundsync A3352 is its ability to connect to two devices simultaneously. This feature proved to be incredibly convenient, as I could effortlessly switch between my smartphone and tablet while streaming music. Whether I was in my car or at home, I appreciated the flexibility of this dual connection functionality. Once a phone is paired it will auto connect when the SoundSync is powered on. That means, provided you leave Bluetooth switched on in your phone, all you need to do to start streaming when you get in the car is switch the SoundSync on and open your favourite music app.
