God awful, painful rhyming. Some rhymes work beautifully is my reason for the second star in my review but sometimes the rhymes are incredibly dreadful. If you are ever to do anything in rhyme or meter please use a rhyming dictionary and if it doesn't work change the sentences. Why is this the most lazy trope in anything to do with magic and witchcraft? Why write things in Latin at all? There was no Latin in the hocus pocus film. So why would it be in the supposed reproduction of their spellbook. It's a lazy attempt at mysticism when it cannot be tied to the franchise it is based off.
