About this deal

Note: Some products use the general version of the product manual so no product model will be specified in such product manual. If you are more experienced, you’re going to want to choose from drawing tablets with a bigger active area for drawing. This may feel less confining as you will run out of drawing space a lot less.

If these features appeal to you, and you’re not on a budget, you should look to the Cintiq range, such as the Cintiq 16, or even the Wacom Cintiq Pro. These Wacom upgrades come with a lot of different size options as well as full HD display; Wacom drawing is incredibly popular for good reason. Repeat the steps to set up all the necessary software you want to configure. You may need to relaunch the driver or restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

I had a DEVICE NOT CONNECTED problem with my KAMVAS 16 Pro. I searched through he Huion support and also viewed some Youtube videos. Then I followed the suggestion that I should uninstall the driver and reinstall it having other tablet drivers and all anti virus apps off. I deinstalled my Wacom drivers and turned off my Malwarebytes program. Most Wacom and Huion devices connect to another monitor. This means you’re also going to want to consider what device you’re connecting it to. Matching screen sizes with the monitor will allow for ease of use, unlike a graphics tablet where you can draw right onto the screen.

Huion Model Comparison - Huion

So, both really superb tablets for – considering their size and quality – amazingly low prices, and both very good choices for artists on any level – especially if you want a big screen, with all the detail and precision it brings. Both are clearly designed for artists by artists, and are just great products in every way – not just displays and creative experience, but overall design, fit and finish, material and build quality. I’d say, that from the tablets I mentioned, these Pro models make for the best XP pen tablet and the best Huion tablet for my fellow artists. If you can’t tell, I actually love both of these tablets, and think that absolutely any artist, on any level, would be happy with either. Still, I do prefer the XP Pen Artist by a somewhat more than slight margin, and when you throw in the cool and useful new Red Ring controller the scales start to tip even more toward the XP Pen. Huion offer very reasonably priced tablets considering their great performance, whilst Wacom offer tablets which are double or even triple Huion’s offering. And the “Winner” in the 24 Inch Pen Display Tablet Category Is: The XP Pen Artist 24 Pro!!! Are the Affordable Huion and XP Pen Tablets Really That Good? We’ll look at the specifications, and then for each comparison I will talk about my own experiences and feelings when using each, their strengths and weaknesses and which I think is better for making art.

Other models, including Huion, allow you to program what button on the pen to adapt to an erasing mode, or to choose brush size. It comes down to personal preference which style you would rather use, with both easy to get used to. Huion also includes some of the desirable features – with tilt function being particularly sought after – and combines this with an affordable price. For artists, Wacom still makes an incredibly pen display tablet, but Huion drawing has the overall edge with its lower price. one last thing on line quality, another thing I realized was sketching on a letter sized document at 72 or even 100 dpi with a 10px brush is going to be problematic and look horrible vs a 10000 X 7000 px document at 300 dpi where I have more pixels to represent the line the image quality and line quality is going to be far better and print better with the larger document size, of course adjust the numbers to work with your systems resources and whats practical for you. The XP Pen Artist 12 is compatible with Chrome OS, and the Huion is not, and so if you are a Chromebook user the XP Pen is the way to go, and a brilliant product for the money. Still, for the same size and price, to me the Huion offers a superior experience when making art – more smooth and natural, easier, more precise and just nicer, and is a better choice. Hi Andria Geal, there are 2 versions of GT-220 v2; one with 2048 pen pressure and another with 8192. May I know the following information so I can assist you further:Again, though, the XP Pen to me just feels and works better overall. The slight increase in response rate really does mean effectively smoother and more predictable (less frustrating, to put it in a more glass half-empty kind of way) drawing and painting. And just like with the smaller units, I think the XP-Pen has a better feeling physically between the pen and the active work surface – the Huion is quite nice in this regard too, but the XP Pen has that wonderfully balanced control and flow I expect from much more expensive tablets. Tablet, XP Pen Stylus and Stand, Tablet Stand, Power Adaptor, USB Cable & Extension; Cleaning Cloth, Glove I do have to admit, when I first unboxed the tablet I immediately thought of this: "Wow this is extremely light." I'm not sure what materials are used for this, but it is definitely a lighter-weighted plastic than the Wacoms. Even the pen feels kind of light and empty, like even the thought of sitting on it could break it. It's not an extremely bad note just something that I immediately noticed.

Wacom and Huion have an astounding array of different tablets, all with different specifications, sizes and properties, such as sensitivity levels, which can be overwhelming to see. If you attempt to look outside of these tablets, such as with the popular XP Pen brand, there’s even more choice. Express Keys: Most drawing monitors do not have express keys, as all the work is done on the tablet screen, which can be especially frustrating for those used to brands like Wacom and Huion which feature express keys. Multitouch is offered by Wacom across their Intuos Pro and Cintiq lines, whilst Huion tablets do not offer it. Although this is a nice feature, it’s not the most important factor when deciding on a tablet. The price Huion offers may tempt you to leave this feature behind. Express Keys Well, yes, the absolute control, precision and feel, and (with pen display tablets) the perfect display accuracy, life, depth and detail and pen accuracy you get with top-end art tablets does make them worth the money to people working at the highest levels. If you are a fine artist, a serious commercial artist, a professional photographer or anything along those lines, and at the top of the heap, you probably want the best of the best – and you can probably afford it too!Innovative Tilt Control System - Provide you better pressure detection and accurate cursor positioning with different angles, restore the true feeling of painting. Similarity: This type of tablet attempts to emulate the feel of drawing on paper, which means that it’s easy to adapt and get used to and may feel familiar. Drawing tablets are pressure-sensitive; just like a real pencil or brush, the pressure you apply on the device with the stylus will determine how your strokes look. However, different tablets will offer different levels of sensitivity in their digital pen which can impact how it feels to draw. Express keys are incredibly common in drawing tablets as the programmable buttons are useful for customizing shortcuts such as Undo, Save and Zoom.
