Seeing the trio together is pretty common in ceramide-based products, and most brands (ie. Cerave, Drunk Elephant) use a blend called SK-Influx. But according to an industry insider on r/skincareaddition, these brands use SK-Influx in such low concentrations that the ceramide % is so small that it’ll have minimal effects on the skin. This cream is known to have a non-greasy formula, and it still is, but it is no longer oil free. Illiyoon added soybean oil and canola oil at the bottom part of the ingredients, probably mainly to smooth out the texture; The EU Allergen Free label is for the 26 ingredients identified by the EU SCCS and products will be only flagged if a suspected ingredient is on it's ingredient list. It is possible for cosmetics to contain one of the suspect ingredients without it appearing on the ingredient list due to it not reaching the concentration threshold to disclose it and cosmetic manufacturers choice to not disclose it. It’s hard for me to compare the two because I used them under different circumstances and issues, but I can say both are great moisturizers and can be used by people with sensitive skin.

It’s by no means unpleasant, but it’s definitely a utilitarian, no-fluff kinda product. I guess the ceramide beads are kinda interesting but they’re so tiny you might not even notice them.
