As much as I didn’t want to see the end of this book, (despite my non stop reading in an effort to find out what was going to happen - which of course means reaching the end of the book) I’m antsy to find out what is in store for Griffin’s siblings. Along with an amazing epilogue and the link for a bonus epilogue, the ending gave us a delicious tease of an introduction for Knox and Memphis!

OW (Other Woman)/OM (Other Man) drama: Yes An old ONS of the H comes around and causes some drama for the couple Winslow Covington believes in life, liberty and the letter of the law. As Quincy, Montana's new chief of police, she's determined to prove herself to the community and show them she didn't earn her position because her grandfather is the mayor. I absolutely loved the muder mystery in this book, I was really invested and it got to a point where I was more invested in who the killer is than the romance of the book. Some questions were left unanswered for me, but maybe they will be solved in the second book.This series introduces the Eden family, a founding family of sorts in Quincy, Montana. I will say that I didn't really get full enemies to lovers vibe here. Generally, I expect a bit more push and pull with that trope, but this one still hit the spot. The romance, the mystery, the small town and their charismatic residents, all of it just hit the spot just right for me. We also get a sneak peek into the rest of the Eden siblings, and I can't wait to learn more about them in their books.

According to her pops, all she has to do is earn favor with the Edens. But winning over the town's founding family might have been easier if not for her one-night stand with their oldest son. In her defense, it was her first night in town and she didn't realize that the rugged and charming man who wooed her into bed was Quincy royalty.

there was absolutely nothing between them. there was no emotional attraction, no love at first sight, no nothing. it was so underwhelmingly bland. The project will create one of the largest employment hubs in northwest Austin. The project developers anticipate they will engage about 500 workers in the construction operations. The developers intend to utilize the best local contractors to guarantee the best results. What to Expect Therefore, I am rating Indigo Ridge with 4.5 STARS because I found it to be a very good start to a series that is looking amaaaaazing and I cannot wait to read whatever is next. I loved Griffin as a hero and Winn as a heroine, both strong and vulnerable with each other at the same time. This series has a great list of characters and I am sure every single one will get the story they deserve. Devney Perry is one of my go-to authors and I am sure she will be for a long time. I loved the start to this series and I am impatiently waiting for Knox’s story now! You know me, I adore anything cop related. This was so enjoyable and I am so impressed, that by the end of it, even if I am not 100% attracted to cowboys, I can look past that and say Griffin can country boy my as* any time. Indigo Ridge is an urban oasis in booming Cedar Park, Texas—the premier growth city in the North Austin corridor—with the second fastest growing workforce in the United States. The mixed-use development includes office, living, retail/dining, hotel, and recreational uses. It will be the premier destination to dine, shop, work, live, and relax.

So, as I said, Indigo Ridge is the first installment in Devney Perry’s new series called The Edens and, as you can imagine, is focused on the stories about the Eden siblings. This one starts with Griffin Eden’s story, the oldest sibling in the family. Griffin is the ranch manager, the brother who is always taking care of his siblings and a man not willing to compromise with any woman. Enter Winslow Covington. She is the new chief of police in Quincy, she is trying to fit in, and she happens to share a one-night stand with Griffin that is impossible to forget. These two fight against their continuous chemistry but it’s not that easy. Especially when they are forced to work together in a heartbreaking murder case. but really, how i even supposed to read this book with a straight face with this writing style?? it’s not like it would be shameful to write a good book babes😞. INDIGO RIDGE' 📚 is the first full length small town romance book in the series 'The Edens', by Devney Perry. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.' I am honestly super impressed. I loved Devney's writing. Small town romance, double pov + investigative work. Winn is another strong female character with Griffin being her grumpy counterpart. I loved their relationship, it was really sweet and developed nicely from casual to serious. This is more insta-loveish, but in the cutest way. It´s one of those where he tries to tell himself that he doesn´t have feelings for her but falls even harder every time he sees her.

I did listen to this on audible, and if you are an audible girl, I guarantee you... JASON'S VOICE FOR GRIFFING ruined me. Both narrators on this did such an amazing job. I believe half of my rating for this at this moment is because of how amazing the narration for this book was, of course the good writing also had a role in it. I loved the mystery element of the story. I love that it's not predictable and really kept you guessing until the final revelations. I also loved the relationship between Winn and Griff. Winnie is no push over and she doesn't take any of Griff's attitude. But it also doesn't take long for their chemistry to push past all of their boundaries and man was it satisfying to see Griff's possessive side show through. The first phase will also see the construction of commercial development spaces and tennis facilities. Phase 2 to 6 will be completed by 2025, according to the memorandum of understanding.

I definitely think that that is the only reason I really liked this book because the romance alone would have not made this a complete story.
