If you find the system really easy to use we would love it if you could help your colleagues out who may not be quite so confident with it. After 1 st April 2018 all your payslips and P60s will be stored here for the duration of your employment with Creative Support. If you leave Creative Support you will be able to access your information for a one month period. iTrent features a self-service portal that all employees have access to. The details below show you the features that are available under the different tabs that you can see when you log in.
This is the section that you will use to request annual leave. You will also be able to see your balance of outstanding leave, allowing you to easily manage your leave without the risk of over or under booking. iTrent is the workforce IT system North Lanarkshire Council uses to record and process all employee information. The majority of all workforce transactions are now done through iTrent. Management information from Trent HR can be provided through reports which are run within Trent HR or from Business Objects. You can also access key People reports from the Management Information hub. Welcome to our HR system, iTrent HR self-service. The system allows you access to your personal information and details of your employment with us. myTeam is the manager portal used for authorising various requests for leave, training, expenses and overtime and for managing absence.

The HR team use e-signing software in iTrent Employee Self Service (ESS) to deliver electronic employment letters and documents to staff.
iTrent is a secure web-based system that enables school staff to view and update some of their personal and payroll details. It can be accessed from a computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet. People Manager sits within the core HR and Payroll system called iTrent. It holds the University’s organisational structure, payroll and personal details of every staff member. Data protectioniTrent is a completely secure system that is used by many large organisations including government agencies and other social care providers. This is the account we have on record where we pay your wages into. If it is incorrect or you change banks, you can update it here. Some complex reports include additional merged columns which make it difficult to sort the report in Excel - see Instructionson how to unmerge and delete these additional columns to allow sorting You will be able to use the self-service portal to request annual leave. It’s really easy to do and you can manage your leave better with no chance of exceeding your allowance!
Employee Self Service (ESS) allows you direct access to the council’s record of your own important personal and job details. As the Self Service system allows you to view and amend some of the details held by the University’s actual HR & Payroll system you must take care to ensure that any changes you make to your details are complete and accurate. Your manager and the management team in your Faculty/Division will also be notified that a letter has been sent to you. This includes letters relating to contract extensions, changes to contract terms/hours/pay/allowances, promotions, leaving the university and letters relating to maternity, adoption, paternity leave and other types of parental leave letters. You can access iTrent from any device that has access to the internet.
