That was it. The story, the characters, the world building, the dark spice and everything else was an absolute masterpiece. the story was good but i felt like a carrot was being dangled in front of me the whole time from start of the book to about 95% mark. I kid you not ... the author just kept teasing us the whole book... My favorite man this year is officially Angelo. He is exactly what I need in a book lover. Everything about him was the best kind of contradiction. He lived by the quote, “The good always cancels out the bad.” So all the darkness of him was surrounded by the perfect amount of goodness. Don’t get me wrong, he was an extremely vicious demon, but in my opinion, they all deserved it. Also, he touched her and you did (even though he obviously killed quite a bit). loved the brothers Rafe & Gabe and the Guy who gave Rory the car in the end ..i forgot his name but im intrigued

By the end of the book she hated her as much as she hated Alberto and Dante. I loved that the Rory was very innocent but full of darkness. The way he was portrayed, despite the curses of the birds, was never annoying or naive, but just so endearing, even endearing. If any of this sounds remotely like what you are going through, thinking or feeling, then join us on this journey we are taking together. Each character was terrifying in his own way, yet realistic and relatable. The tension was high and heavy at all times, you never knew what was going to happen but you couldn’t wait to see it. You KNOW what needs to happen to get out of your situation, but you can’t imagine it actually happening. The MMC was the definition of morally grey, hate everyone but her, touch her, look at her and die! And along the way, author managed to pull out all standard expectations one has of a mob romance without making it the boring, without wanting to say that “keep it up.” We love God, but we struggle with what love actually means, who God truly is and what role we allow Him to play in our lives.

The third novel of the Sinners Anonymous series of novels is Sinners Consumed. The novel is a follow-up to the debut novel of the series that will leave you sweating and laughing out loud. The man she is to get married to is a made man named Angelo who is the perfect amount of evil meets dark, even though he has a special softness and sweetness when it comes to Rory. These are some dangerous men who will do anything including kill for their women. Nonetheless, it is not all love, kill, and protection as sometimes the love mentally and physically overwhelms them, since it is an emotion that is so new for them. We want to become better Christians, better servants, better sons and daughters of God, but have found the path too narrow, the world too confusing, ourselves too selfish, too prideful.There wasn’t a single story or character in this book that didn’t completely draw me in. The fact that it’s an ongoing series (although unfortunately Angelo and Rory’s story seems to be complete) is just icing on a perfectly constructed cake. I admit that I wish it was Gabe and not Rafe who told the story next, but I can’t wait to read what else this author presents in this series.

Sinners Condemned” is the second novel of the “Sinners Anonymous” series of novels that has often been compared to Danielle Lori’s “The Made Men” series. Penny remains the same badass woman that we fell in love with when she was first introduced in Sinners Anonymous. She continues to amaze with her sassy jokes and lines and will not let anything distract her from what she wants. On the other side is Raphael Visconti who is a hot and sexy man that makes knees go weak. Raphael and Penny make for an explosive combination as they are a smoking-hot couple with some amazing banter that leads to some thrilling moments.She ultimately comes to an agreement with the head of the mafia family to get married to a man she does not like or love to save the life of her father.
