It’s probably a bit bigger than is actually needed, but we’re counting this as a bonus in the long run, not only in terms of helping with air flow, but also just in general, having some wiggle room to upgrade if you plan to beef it up later on. In light of the increased volume of customer complaints, technical support requests, and various inquiries we’ve received, we wish to set the record straight: Again, it’s hard to find too many faults with the Archangel, as you can see in the video, you’re operating within the mid-range selection of gaming PCs. For basically any game in the last couple years, there are few to no significant issues, even when the settings are cranked up to maximum, and this includes both RPG style games and FPS, which make a lot of demands on a system. There might be some minor snags during a firefight, but overall it is very smooth. Yes, if you’re just getting into PC gaming or looking for the latest and greatest on a budget, the Skytech archangel delivers you some decent parts from AMD and Nvidia. Unlike some other prebuilt, there’s nothing proprietary here. It’s mostly standardized parts, that you can upgrade down the line. Start by examining the desktop’s pre-installed graphics card. You’ll find they come in either mid-range or high-end. Higher-end graphics cards will obviously provide better animation, but they do come with a bigger price tag. With the pervasiveness of gaming, and game developers in a virtual arm’s race with mass-market producers of computers, we’ve seen the introduction of PC platforms which are specifically designed with gaming in mind.
