About this deal

He isn't afraid to build up wonderful characters only to have them destroyed a volume later; talk about pulling a Game of Thrones. It is to be noted that the arms are massively disproportionate in size to the rest of the body, likely resulting in less strength than the legs.

I recommend this series a lot, but the volume itself only if costs are not that big of a deal to you. As the action ramps up here, we get too many Titans on-panel, and it's sometimes hard to follow what's supposed to be happening. While some share similar facial features and hair styles, you can easily pick everyone apart from one another fairly quickly. When the reader wants the sequel, the prequel, and side stories, you know you have something great on your hands.

Armin Arlelt also uses this ability to wipe out most of, if not all of the Marleyan naval fleet present at the Raid on Liberio in a devastating explosion, sending a tremendous wave of energy inland and destroying the port entirely.

In normal circumstances, Titans emit steam from wounds, and their bodies evaporate completely into steam after receiving a killing blow. An intense, hardcore sci-fi dystopian world that has been invaded by humanity's "natural enemy", the Titans. The story follows an ambitious and hotheaded young boy named Eren Yeager, who vows to take revenge on the titans after they break down the walls of his city, killing his mother and thousands of innocent people right before his very eyes. Not much is known about them, their only chance of survival was to remain inside the gates where they are safe; that is, until the largest Titan they've ever seen shows up and busts down the wall! I wasn't entirely interested at first, but I started seeing the show described as being about "flesh mecha," that is, a giant robot series with giant organic humanoids instead of metal robots, a twist from even the biomechanical giant cyborgs of Evangelion.I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but I felt like their stories kind of showed the plot down.

After their relatively peaceful lives are torn apart by a titan invasion, Eren, Armin and Mikasa enlist themselves in the survey corp, an organization of soldiers and tacticians that are trained in the art of killing titans and defending civilians from their wrath using a pair of swords and a device known as 3D Maneuver Gear.Near the very end of the series, I honestly couldn’t bring myself to root for or against anyone, I just watched helplessly from the sidelines as the chaos unfolded. It was like the creators had a picture of me on their desk and swore and oath they would make an anime just for me and they totally fulfilled their promise. Knowing his ODM gear will not stay attached to the Colossal's evaporating flesh, Armin grapples to the teeth of the Titan as Eren collapses to the ground below. This is the point in the story where reveals are thrown at us without the grounding to properly contextualize them, either in their own right or as part of the author's slight of hand.
