I went for the Level 1, and liked that there was already this fiery kick in the piping hot broth, yet not over. my granddaughter is vegan so will use cauliflower instead of chicken when she comes to visit, she is like me the spicer the better.

A big update to this guide happened on 5/23/2022 and 5/25/2022, so with this big change, I happily announce the new version which includes a great deal more varieties. Dried squid is a popular Asian snack and this variety packs the heat of original Buldak Bokkeummyun. For the sauce: Gochugaru (Korean stew powder), sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, Gochujang (Korean red bean stew glue), and honey. For the characteristic gloss and subtle sweetness, Korean Corn Syrup is the secret ingredient, but if unavailable, a tablespoon of sugar works wonders.
