After starting out making moonshine in the New Zealand bush, Boutique Distillery relocated to Gloucestershire and began crafting their artisan gins. Their dedication and passion for the drink has seen numerous craft gin distilleries pop up all over the UK, causing its resurgence in popularity. The Cotswolds Distillery also released its own single malt whisky in 2017 - so you can get your hands on a bottle now! Palate: Opening with grapefruit, fresh juniper and black pepper, followed by herbaceous notes of bay leaf, coriander and angelica. Our 1616 Barrel-aged Gin is made by re-distilling our single malt whisky in a copper still and combining it with juniper, coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and other botanicals.

One of the newest of our Cotswold gins, Racing Gin was inspired by the distiller’s love of horse-racing and comes in a bottle decorated with colourful racing silks. Racing Gin is a London Dry style gin with a citrusy flavours from lime and lemon zest, as well as notes of rosemary, thyme and meadowsweet – a sweet, grassy herb that’s appropriately enough a favourite of horses. Located in one of Bath’s many beautiful Georgian buildings, the Bath Gin Company is Bath’s first gin distillery for over 250 years, since the Gin Acts of the 18 th Century.
