My biggest issue is Nikki's problems get solved so fast, everything falls apart and in the span of about 2-ish pages, all her problems are solved. This book brings back so much nostalgia from my childhood because I would always be so excited for Rachel Renee Russell's books to come out. Dork Diaries Dork Diaries: Party Time Dork Diaries: Pop Star Dork Diaries: How To Dork Your Diary Dork Diaries: Skating Sensation Dork Diaries: Dear Dork Dork Diaries: Holiday Heartbreak Dork Diaries: OMG! I would recommend this book and will definitely be reading future books in the series if/when they come out.

I feel like Nikki is definitely one of those kids who says they’re are starving children in Africa when you complain about a math test or something. My standards were not high but this actually proved to be the most boring Dork Diaries book I have ever read. I haven't read any of the others from the series, and save a couple references to characters and events, it read great as a stand alone. This spin-off series focuses on Maxwell "Max" Crumbly, the character introduced in Tales from a Not-So-Perfect Pet Sitter and, also written in diary format, his life in middle school. I liked the art style change and it was fun learning about all the places Nikki went to on this trip.I liked the layout and illustrations in this book and I think many young readers will enjoy this installment of the Dork Diaries series. One thing that I have really noticed that makes this book a little different than her past books is the fact that the drawing as a little bit more mature towards the end, and I don't know if this is because Nikki talks about wanting to draw a lot of fashion, Rachel's daughter has really advanced her drawing skills since the first couple of books, or a little of both. Book 15 was originally scheduled to be published on October 13, 2020, but was later delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I loved Dork Diaries and book 15 definitely had that it factor I loved seeing the famous landmarks like the Catacombs, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre Museum it’s like visiting Paris through reading. There is a fun Brianna magician story that I enjoyed but otherwise I feel the first part of the book could be condensed into a week.
