When the Isle of Jura’s sole eponymous distillery chose the name for its signature, single-malt whisky, they wanted it to “(tell) of a passion rekindled, a distillery reborn. It's initially aged in American white oak bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period in Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 40% ABV.
