About this deal

Add a specified amount of water, and you can whizz the binky with a microwave oven for at least four minutes. Since 1st June, 2011, the sale of baby bottles containing BPA has been prohibited in all countries of the European Union. It has a lower bin, top bin and an accessory tray that can easily be modified if you need to try and fit in particular bottle sizes or different accessory types. A steriliser kills bacteria found on bottles, teats, breast pumps, dummies or anything else that comes into contact with milk and your baby’s mouth.

Portable, reusable and easy to use, these bags will sterilise bottles, pumps, teats and all other feeding utensils in just 3 minutes in the microwave. The results show no measurable risk potential and confirm our positive experiences from over 50 years of soother production. A soother can pacify and help cope with upsetting or stressful situations but it can never replace the care and affection of parents. Using steam, it can sterilise up to four 300 ml wide-necked bottles at the same time and, thanks to the clever holder, the bottles are in the correct position for drying.

Whilst it’s mainly aimed at sterilising smaller items such as dummies, nipple shields or bottle teats, you can also use it to sterilise anything that fits inside. After the sterilising process is over, the NUK Micro Express Plus Microwave Steam Steriliser can be easily cleaned with a cloth – but it is also dishwasher safe. Protecting our babies from germs is every parent’s priority, so sterilising bottles, teats, breast pumps and dummies is a part of everyday life.

Babies should be placed on their backs to go to sleep: this position has proven to be the safest and best one for children.

To help from feeding the contents of the bottle too hot to your baby, NUK First Choice + baby bottles now feature the new NUK Temperature Control Indicator. The genius design means you don’t need an actual steriliser, but you do still need a microwave, so may not be quite so ideal if you’re away and there isn’t one available.

PC is a very versatile type of material: it is durable, heat-resistant, nearly unshatterable and transparent. A “healthy” sleeping environment is important: the best place is cuddled up in a baby sleeping bag, on a firm mattress, in the baby’s own bed, in the parents’ bedroom.

With its new soft zone, the silicone baglet is a better fit against the roof of your baby´s mouth – giving a natural feeling while drinking. The two most popular ways on how to clean a steriliser is through the use of a citric acid solution or a vinegar solution. Bear in mind that if you are bottle feeding then you will need another, larger machine to sterilise your daily bottles. At the same time, it is compatible and can be used with standard bottles of all shapes and sizes in microwaveable material.

Even though it’s so compact, it can still fit up to 6 bottles inside, plus teats and lids, and items are sterilised in the microwave in as little as 5 minutes.

If you would like to change your settings or withdraw consent at any time, the link to do so is in our privacy policy accessible from our home page. This system is particularly handy if you’re travelling or as a back-up, although some people don’t like the smell of the fluid. The hole in the teat is not at the tip and not at the tip: this means food stays in your baby’s mouth longer so that it can mix better with the saliva – an important requirement for healthy digestion. If using the cold water method, you just simply need to place the bottle in the steriliser, add one quarter of a Milton tablet, fill with water, screw the lid on and press the safety vent and then shake gently. Since 1st June, 2011 the sale of baby bottles containing BPA is no longer allowed in the countries of the European Union.
