The stories of special forces selection and action are interesting and bring it to life but, for me, it doesn’t do a great job of connecting back to every day working reality with real tools, techniques and examples which you can use. However, it won't work for everyone; if you like hierarchical structures because - like in the civil service - they help hide your own weaknesses - this book isn't for you.
