About this deal

They eat Ravioli on toast for dinner or for breakfast but it’s not like they make their happiness conditional on the money they have or don’t have. EVER – the adventures of the Wellington family: Jelly, Mum, Dad, and glorious Gran, is choc full of delights. Sehr gut mit einer tollen Protagonistin die mir hier gefällt und ihre Sache mit der Suche der Wahrheit gut meistert.

Now it’s all up to Jelly to solve the riddle and to find out if the Chocopocalypse is really happening – before it’s too late. The plot is governed by an ancient prophecy discovered on Easter Island that chocolate is soon going to run out all over the world! Chocopocalypse is chock full of pure deliciousness and delight covered with wispy layers of ticklishness and random ridiculous silliness that will make even a serious sourpuss smile. and can someone help me find the directions to Easter Egg Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean cos I'm a bit rubbish at geography? This book is geared for 6 to 11 year olds or those who are still young at heart…Enjoy and Bon Apetite! Whether it’s a zombie apocalypse, an alien invasion or a virus that infects the whole world – we’ve seen it all.

Some of the funniest scenes are actually the family moments, especially when they share the possible last piece of chocolate. Also the rest of the cast is great, supporting and nice, they all care for each other; seem kind of naive sometimes, but are all so funny and loveable. An exciting, laugh-out-loud funny adventure for children aged 7 and up Readers will relish the terrifying premise: what if all chocolate was to disappear? It does feel a little wrong to give my own book 5 stars, but I'm hardly likely to give it one star - like some buggers out there! The well-paced plot is driven by an ancient prophecy discovered on Easter Egg Island - chocolate is soon going to run out in the world!Publishing has started to realise that not every childhood is set in middle-class suburbia, and it is great to see warm-hearted books like The Great Chocoplot which captures not only the concerns of working class children, but also their lives. I fell in love with the subtle humor, and I appreciated that Jelly’s partner was her grandma, it was a cool idea.
