It's the getting to the happy ending that is the interesting and surprisingly curious trip to that happy ending which made the story nice to read on a hot afternoon in the dog days of summer. Like little Anna’s snotty, disrespectful attitude; and the women of the town acting like their home life is such a drudge! You may believe that all novels which revolve around the idea of arranged marriages with substitute wives are a copy-paste of the original story, but the truth is that each and every one of these narratives has its own spice and charm.

The rest of the book is rushed; a lot happens in the last few chapters but at this point, I've lost all interest in the characters and poor little Jenny is barely mentioned again.Elizabeth annoyed me a little bit with what she did towards the end (won't say what to avoid spoilers), but she also made me laugh at times. But when she meets him to interview for this job, she is surprised to find a man who appears to be angry and morose.
