However, I have to say that to see the results of what he is recommending you have to practice what you read. He has shown heads of state, royalty, Olympic and professional athletes, movie stars, and children how to achieve. I won´t say this chapter is useless (it is not), but it is not helpful for the reasons Robbins intends. He's no scholar, has no college degree, and learned his methods (NLP from which his motivational technique "neuroassociative conditioning" came) as a self-taught mentee.Of course if you combine things like legumes, with let´s say oats and beans, you are going to be full of gases afterwards and feel bad and without energy. By page 33, "Optimum Performance Technologies" (with a registered trademark) is mentioned two more times and that's when I decided the entire book isn't worth my time.
